What do you use your pinky for?

I'm quite surprised I'm the first one to say: move my mouse. Of course I use the whole hand, but without the pinky, I wouldn't have quite as much stability. But then that goes for a lot of gripping activities, so never mind. Other than that, probably only touch typing as well.

Oddly enough, the only thing I ever use mine for is to help me grip things. I have my thumb around one way, and my pinkie going the other. I'm actually dependent on my index finger for almost everything, I use that for everything (such as typing, for example - I find it quicker and easier to be an 'index typer' rather than use all my fingers...).

So yeah, almost absolutely nothing, I guess...

Well, you answered that question for me, on both counts!

Although I'm not British, I always stick it out there as if it's entirely crucial. Otherwise, I find it rather annoying because I always catch it on something. >.<

To.....grab stuff? What else would I use the weakest and probably most unstable finger on my hand for? Heck, it's the only one on my hand that isn't special. I got a Hitchikers thumb and my fingers bend back far enough that they look like they're about to snap off. Meanwhile, my Pinky just sits there, being normal!
