Take everything we have ever feared ever and that is what we fear now because humans have the odd tendency to get more paranoid the longer they propagate.

North Korea.
And if you're not scared, you should be... you will be...
Heck, China and Russia don't scare easy and they seem pretty tense about the whole thing.

The Government being a bunch of complete retards, which covers any future wars and global warming; terrorism doesn't overly concern me as I live somewhere that's fairly unlikely to be attacked, and I don't often go to London.

Ooh, and also getting attacked by random people for no reason. Seems to be happening a lot nowadays.

How about losing there home or job?
Good one, that is actually the only real worry of mine. I never imagined I could inherit what I did and be on more unstable grounds financially then I was before.

Edit: Oh and cougars. Evil like a house cat, just bigger, much much bigger. Not bears through, they just look goofy.

Mutant penis/weasel hybrid freaks that breathe acidfire and have poisonous butterfly wings.

The fight for humanity begins now.

Well what do you mean by our generation, I'd say someone whos say 15-20 has diffrent things to fear then someone who's say 40-50. I for one fear the dissolution of the major political parties and the rise of radical minor parties,(like the BNP)

The greatest fear of our generation is the Truth. That our whole existence is embedded in a system of lies and deception. We simply don't want to wake up... we are content with "living in the Matrix". It's horrifying to see how much potential for self-deception a human being has.

I believe the fear of our generation (which really depends on how old you are of course) is economic uncertainty: not knowing if you'll have a new job in 5 years or still have your current one, not knowing if you'll be able to afford a house or support your family, ... And for the countries that provide a social support system for the elders it means that there's a decrease of people working for an ever increasing population of elders, so taking care of their retirement is going to be an issue in the not-so-distant future. Not even thinking about what the social support system will look like when our generation reaches 60+.

tbh, I read an article that states that one of the largest fears of the current generation is social intimacy. If I can find it i'll post it up.

People today are terrified that one day, someone will hold them responsible for the actions that they have taken and they will have no excuse for their own failures.
