No offense but Canada's population is almost all European White people. South Asians make up your largest visible minority at 4%. Blacks at 2.5% and Arabs at less than 1%. That said, every Canadian I have ever met(making an exception for Quebec) are some of the friendliest and most caring people I know.aba1 said:

We make the best beer, hands down. And apparently our waffles are super-famous though I wouldn´t know. I haven´t had one since I was a child. Belgium, contrary to popular belief, is not one big waffle factory.

Beer and "The Office" (as in, a show based on "The Office", wich is quite better than the US or the UK one, methinks...although you could argue "Stromberg" has actually more in common with something like "Blackadder", only a bit drier and in an office setting)

I challenge another country to produce that much variety of wonderful, wonderful beer.
I'm going to have to side with the Americans on TV in general though. More and more I just feel ashamed at half of the crap coming out of British television. Sure, we're making positive movements in some places (see 'The Hour') but most of it is just awful (see 'Downton Abbey' and any other pre-Second World War period drama).
That said, I find my native TV comedy to be a lot funnier. I think South Park is the only US comedy show that I watch. I used to watch 'The Daily Show' when it was on More4 in the UK.

Up until a few years ago, the country's top export was MDMA/XTC. Then the Chinese wanted to improve ties to the West and had to ruin a good thing by outlawing sassafras, the stuff from which the drug is synthesized upon export. Last I heard, the China division was moving the operation to Canada, presumably because it's still legal up there. Might have gotten some elements of the story wrong. Still, for a while there, it was extremely difficult to get one's pretty little hands on anything other than shitty high-caffeine counterfeit.
Oh, and dykes. Or so I hear.

Yeah, Irish are just better at drinking than anyone else. And maybe it's just me, but I think conversational swearing (ie- not in anger) only sounds ok in an irish accent.
