I rarely complete games multiple times. I think my record is 4 with Minish Cap. ME1 comes second with 2.

Legend of Zelda: Orcarina of Time. I have lost count how many times we replayed it. We even got a point where my brother and I were racing each other to see who could get to the end first. The game is just extremely enjoyable for us. Don't know why.

Max Payne 1: I can't count that high.
Mega Man X: lots and lots of times.
Portal: around 5 or 6 times.

I was gonna say ocarina of time, but technically this is true for me too. It's about 30 times shorter though, so that's hardly a fair comparison, it's meant to be played loads of times!

I've finished every 3D zelda at least 3 times, ocarina over 10 times at least.

I finished GTA Vice City 14 times. MGS4 12 or 13 times, I forget. Battlefield 1942 campaign about 50 times (you can finish it easily in a day). Call of Duty 4 13 times (easy peasy of course)

When I was a kid, I would sit down and beat Chip N Dale's Rescue Rangers (NES) for fun.

KOTOR 2= 31 Play-throughs
Fable (Both the original and TLC)= 17 Play-throughs
Day of the Tentacle= I lost count but it's definitely somewhere up in the 50's it's gotta be my favorite game of all time, I still pull it out again and play it every so often.
And possibly most sadly, Luigi's mansion, with a whopping 33 play-throughs.

If hours and characters count for anything, then Morrowind with over 1000 hours spent.
