What game(s) have you completely given up on?

Countless games I beat once and won't bother going back to, but I can think of a handful that I quit halfway through and couldn't compel myself to finish.

Red Dead Redemption: Great game, can't get myself to play it once I got to Mexico.
Dungeon Siege 3: I love these sort of games, but all DS3 did was make me instead want to go back and replay TitanQuest.
Fallout New Vegas: Here lies the weird one. I will openly discuss how it's superior to FO3 in almost every way, but can't get myself to finish a full playthrough, while FO3 I've beaten at least 10 times. But, that may be part of the problem.

Out of every game I own, there is one I despise so much that I won't even touch it. It is Altered Species: Vampire Rain. It had such great potential, but it tried to paint iself as a metal gear solid with vampires and the only thing it did was suck balls.

Call of Duty. No, not the first game, all of them. The entire series. At the most I'll rent MW3 just to see how they follow up on the ending of MW2, but I won't buy another CoD game. Not for a loooooooong time anyways.

Demon's Souls

Played it through once, never again. This doesn't mean I hated it, quite the contrary, but the initial playthrough revealed everything I wanted to experience from the game, so I don't feel the need to play it ever again.

Dude, NG+ and beyond is where Demons Souls truly starts to get fun and interesting. You're seriously cheating yourself out of an amazing experience just playing the game once. I strongly, STRONGLY recommend you go play through it a few more times. I've got a few characters on their 10th-ish new game. Trust me-- your first playthrough of DS is no where near as fun as your additional playthroughs. The game has such insane replayability.

OT: STALKER: SoC. The stupid head bobbing made me motion sick, and I keep forgetting to get the mods to get rid of it. Maybe sometime I'll revisit it.

Forgotten Realmsemon Stone; the gameplay was good hackey slashey, majic shooty fun, the story was cool but it was hard. the boss fights were soo timing dependant an it seemed like i always needed 20% more health. i could never get to the drizzt level . i gave up tho

Completely, totally, never ever ever going back to? Hm...

Morrowind. It's the only one I can think of. I just can't bear the endless tedious travelling and crappy combat, however good the rest of the game is.

Heh. Yeah, I have to agree there's a lot of tedious crap in that game. That's why I mod the shit out of it so I can play it.

For me? Hitman: Blood Money. Man, I must be really bad at that game, but it's really difficult for me.
Like seriously. I must be retarded or something. I dunno.

Darksiders, absolute rubbish. Maybe it was because it was a bad port to PC. Ah well, it was free.

Pokemon Ruby and Saphire, I stopped caring about anything pokemon completely when I tried these. First ones were great, silver and gold were fun to but there's just too many pokemon for me to care.

Also timeshift, I didn't even care to finish it. Yeah you could slow down time but only long enough to kill maybe two enemies; the rest would kill you pretty quick.
