Sports games...when you cant even be bothered to play it irl

Guitar Hero/etc...when you want to play an instrument but cant play a cord to save your life otherwise

most DS games because they seem to get crappier the more touchscreen they try to rape when theyve no idea what was wrong with the older games

games that have boring, useless, and/or completely unskippable/slow & long cutscenes that you wanna speed thru to actually PLAY

Halo: Reach is the only current title that makes me rage. At this point I associate the name with what it's doing, making a reach to get more money off idiot fans. I never liked Halo to begin with but now they've got what, 7 titles in the franchise?

Alan Wake, the story is great but the combat is atrocious, especially due to the appearance of Horrible Cameraman.

Any game on the Wii that wasn't on the Wii originally. Monster Hunter Tri, the psp versions were better, had more content/weapons/monsters, they also didn't have tutorials that treated me like I couldn't read, and they we're completely skip-able which they weren't in tri. Nights was awful on the wii, and somewhat enjoyable on the saturn. Dead Rising was nowhere near as good.

Any game on the DS that makes awkward pointless use of the stylus. I really think nintendo is forcing people to use the damned thing when it's not needed at all. It's great in Hotel Dusk, It works for Zelda, it's stupid in Mega Man ZX, and there are titles with worse usage then that.

OH, Terrible remakes of classic games.

I have asked myself the same question. I loved the graphics but everything else was just so...Blah. Y'know when you play a game and you SHOULD like it but something inside just goes "meh". It was rage brought on by boredom I think. I just found the gameplay and story so boring - even co-op with friends. Just did f-all for me - therefore vexing me immensely.

I can understand why Borderlands would bore you alright. I loved it myself but there sure were times when the endless grinding on the same enemies over and over got dull.

There were also a few times I got VERY tired of circle strafing skags.

Couldn't agree more, and I couldn't believe how few reviews mentioned it. Enemies spawning behind you and combo attacking you is not fun, nor is getting suddenly face-raped by gangs of ravens. Remedy should have known better.

I just started the DLC for it and that's even worse then the regular game. They ran out of ideas for how to create new and interesting challenges so they instead throw more enemies at you at once, and give you very few flares or flashbangs.
