all the comments about "hands in a natural controller position" is quite frankly, bullshit, controllers were made to fit in your hands NATURAL position anyway, so your hands did not evolve into super awesome gaming claws.

nothing wrong with me actually, I am normal weight, but am more muscular than average.
I am quite pale though, but it does not bother me.
You sir have never seen an Atari Jaguar controller then have you?
Now you look me in the eye and say that was built for human hands
I was going for the PS3 and 360 controllers more than that, thing.

my thumbs click whenever i move them and my hands are always in a controller position, and when i played oblivion i lost nearly a stone in two weeks because of not eating (but weighed 13 stone to start with, so i still wasn't particularly skinny)
surpisingly, sport has had a far worse effect on my body than gaming

What kind of measurement is stone? Is it metric? I've never heard anybody ever say that before.

Edit: Is it commonwealth?

I'm a little big for my age ( I think that has more to do with my stocky body type then actual overeating) I skip meals actually.
Skipping meals can and in most cases will get you large. Your body knows that you skip meals and will then store the "food" in form of fat. You should eat often and less instead, and not a lot when you finaly do eat. I'm not saying you eat a lot, it's just how the body works. If you don't eat regulary your body will store food in form of fat 'cause it will "think" that it's scarce with food and it needs to save what little that is left. Just so you know, don't skip meals ^^

I'm not bashing at you or anyone, just so you know. It's just a tip for everyone :p

On topic though, what have gaming done to me? Well, it's made me more social...Ummmm, I have become better at english in general. I live rather far from everyone else and gaming is something that keeps me and my friends togheter when I don't have the possibility to travel. I've gotten a lot of friends in other countries, even visited some of them while at vacation.
I eat healty 'cause I like it, and drink mostly water too. I don't hate sweets, but I don't like to eat it all the time either. So my body haven't changed much 'cause of the gaming, maybe got a better reaction than some ^^

Oh, and I play TF2 alot, so I always think teammates are spies in other games. Even get suspicous to people I don't know, just until I remember I'm not playing anymore. Always makes me giggle a bit :p

Better picture soon =D

I am now rather thin for forgetting to eat, I permanently look like I have 2 black eyes from staying up too late and my arms and legs shake a lot from being very on-edge while playing games

I wanted to see if there was a wider spectrum of gaming-related bodily dysfunctions or am I just a little bit obsessed ?
You should probably see someone about all that...

OT: Nothing, I'm pretty healthy and exercise, although I've probably got slightly more acute fingers then a non-gamer.

My thumbs and first fingers are ripped. They look like they belong on the hands of the Incredible Hulk.

The normal hands conforming to a controller, and I tend to have some anger management issues

Same with the NES controller.

I've got good hand-eye coordination.

Girls always snicker when I say that.

Better reflexes and hand-eye coordination I suppose, but, and I'm not sure this was game controller's faults, but my fingers now naturally curl around, as if holding something. It's not a problem, just wierd.

Strangely enough, My fingers have adapted to an controller. They are quite....bent.
This has happened to me. In total relaxed state, my index fingers are at trigger/shoulder button position, thumbs naturally upright.

My thumbs both actually click loudly when bent, making a louder sound than pressing the button itself (freaks people out).

I'm pale, though that's less of a byproduct of gaming, and more my intense dislike for glaring sunlight.

Dark areas around my eyes from late nights, again not always a byproduct of gaming.

As for the argument raging about natural controller positions, the natural hand shape isn't curled over with fingers and thumbs in button position. Nor is every controller the same, thus defeating "controllers were made to fit in your hands". The only controller that has EVER fit perfectly in my hands and been supremely comfortable is the Xbox 360 controller, followed by the SNES controller.

This too.
