That's a bit unfair, one of them is going to have a serious advantage in the inevitable sibling death match.
Anything after "Homework" is a bust, so unless this kid has a teeth-rattling audio system, winner goes to quiver. But "Revolution 909" at max volume and a killer bass speaker could easily level that playing field.

Exploring laser eye surgery. I'm 35 and I recently found out that it's pretty much inevitable to need reading glasses once you hit your late 40s. I'm nearsighted, so that means both my long distance and close distance sight will be fucked, and I would either need 2 different sets of glasses or bifocals. Fuck that shit. I have a consultation in a couple of weeks with the best rated eye surgeon on the west coast (or potentially the western hemisphere depending on who you ask). I have a thing about eye stuff though, and am kind of terrified so I'm just going to throw money at the problem. More expensive means more better for elective surgery right?
My buddy's PS5. He only asked for $100 and the shipping cost. Should be here Saturday. He said he barely played it, only a couple of exclusive titles, then it collected dust. If things go well, I can play Bloodborne finally (and other exclusives I've been denied over the years.)

I bought a new PS 5 controller. I have to say, the haptic triggers are cool, but my first question is: what is the lifespan of a PS5 controller? It feels like with all of the bells and whistles and the lack of a replaceable battery, I shouldn't expect this thing to live that long. Seems like there's a lot to break or go wrong sooner rather than later.

I haven't gotten it yet, but I am feeling annoyingly tempted by a Switch 2. Mainly for the new Starfox that looks pretty awesome. Even though its just Starfox 64, but Starfox 64 was one of my top 10 games so the new coat of paint and character designs that I like more and more the more I see of them makes it damn tempting to get one.
I'm gonna get one because Wind and Waves is Switch 2 exclusive and I am an unrepentant whore for Pokemon. I'm just not doing it now. Which knowing my luck means I'll be paying more when I do.

I've actually got ZERO interest in Pokemon's spin off games. I played Stadium on the N64, but mainly as an avenue to replay the Gameboy games at double and triple speed. Fuck I'm one of those hopeless mutants who doesn't want anything to do with the Legends games.

I think I'm more interested in Pokopia since it gives the pokemon personalities and such. Also, I find Monster Hunter Stories series superior to the main series, but that is to the turn based rpg style, maybe the new action style would work better for me.
