I liked the opening cutscene in Oblivion. The music and the camera angle when you were flying over the imperial city was awesome.

The opening scene in Onimusha 3 was pretty f*cking awesome.

And the end credits of Shadow of the Colossus. It gives me goose bumps everytime I watch it.

That scene from Super Smash Bros. Brawl where everyone flies into the Subspace Emissary. It consisted of at least 60% fire and rainbow explosions.

I also love the opening cinematics for The World Ends With You when the song Twister plays.

The music tends to make the scene for me more than the graphics.

The Old Republic is also one of the sweetest trailers of all time.
The first Killzone 2 trailer was insanely awesome as well.
Uncharted 2 E3 trailer, Halo Wars intro was pretty awesome.
Gran Turismo 5 trailer, some sweet car action going on there.
Assassin's Creed 2 trailer with the awesome beat. Just made Ezio feel like such a badass.
The Plants vs Zombies song. Absolutely awesome. Zombies and sunflowers really make great parties. I wish they didn't run into the legal troubles and called it Lawn of the Dead.

Voliton did an amazing job, the cutscenes are fun to watch.

Resident Evil 5 also has some ace cinematics, they look fantastic and the flow is perfect.
