Well.. Yesterday I got the All 4 Dead achievement in Left4Dead. Kill all 4 survivors while playing as the Tank.

Trying to get Lu Bu's PI in Warriors Orochi. I wanted to hurl my PSP across the room as I could never even come close to reaching the 1000KO mark under 11 minutes.

Playing a particularly difficult section of Half Life: Opposing Force on hard after accidentally saving when I had 1 hit point. I just couldn't go back to an earlier saved game: I was determined to beat it honestly. Took me forever, but I finally pulled it off. The next health station was the most beautiful thing ive ever seen.
When I tried to beat Halo 2. On legendary. With every single skull on. WITH A FRIEND!!! If you know what I'm talking about, the Iron skull on Halo 2 basicly fucks up the buddy system because if ONE of you dies, you both get thrown to the beginning of the level... We got to the third level before both of us said FUCK THIS SHIT and went to go play online... Needless to say we PWNED. But yeah that was fucking hard.
Placing first in an online match on Battlefield Bad Company was kinda tough, woulda been easier if i didnt have to get over 700 pts...
Also beating DOA4... Twice....

In Battlefield 1942 parachuting off the wings of the B-17 with about 20 other ppl haha
In TF2, outgunning a heavy with the scouts pistol

Killing the crazy junk store owner lady in Fallout 3 who gave you all those surival guide missions. I hesitated for about 1 second before I put shot her between the eyes. I mean, she did give me all that awesome stuff!
I see the variation you are using, even like it to a degree as it would be a lot easier then using difficulty checks all the time. I still prefer diceless gaming as much as possible, cause they hate me.Omnidum said:

Passing Fury of the Storm.
Ikaruga:
Completing with 1 credit on normal.
Getting S rank on every stage (4 was fucking hard, trust me. Really hard.)
Perfect Dark (it was really hard a while ago)
Guitar Hero 3:
For some reason, Raining Blood was hard a while ago, as was the Lou Guitar battle, but both are such a joke now (yes, expert), So I guess that TTFAF is the most difficult song on it.

Mechwarrior 2: Beating the jade falcon campaign with a firemoth.
Fallout 2: Beating the game with a melee character (Was totally not my style)
Unreal Tournament:
15 to -1 on Xan (Godlike) (He killed me once once but I shot him into space twice)

This one TvP on Gaia, it was so perfect and awesome, but can't really get into it..
Pretty much anything in battletoads. Tower climbing levels are hard as hell.

Recently; COD:WAW on Veteran. Took me a good 15 hours, finished at dawn, 30 minutes before I had to catch a train to London for a Media Studies trip.
The sweat, the twitching, the double-vision, the sheer lack of co-ordination really messed me up afterwards. Thing is, its not actually that difficult, just frustrating until you work out the AI pattern.

I remember in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, there's this part where you have to fly some RC planes on a mission. The planes only have so much fuel and when they run out they crash and you fail the mission. Man, that was hard.
