I can't say I know the "worst" power or that I would care to take time to imagine. (Perhaps an uncontrollable "sodomy magnet.") In any case, I DO have an annoying mutant power in real life: About 1 out of every 3 times I open up a bottled beverage, regardless of the status of the soft drink inside, it fizzes up and explodes. I could have just casually pulled it out of the fridge moving a quarter inch every 5 minutes, and somehow it manages to fizz up and make a mess. It could even be completely open for half a second and then will randomly explode on me.

since it flickers on and off randomly, i guess it wouldn't be that bad, you would die eventually, but there'll just be like a chance of not dying in case of an accident. Would be totally unreliable though, never knowing whether you'd get hurt or not.

Are we talking immortality as in does not die of age, or as in cannot be killed by anything?

For a shitty superpower I'd always loved the idea of X-ray vision that actually makes why you're looking at invisible. Not just to you, but to everyone else too. So imagine that, but completely uncontrollable. Yeah, that'd suck.
