Either Montezuma's Revenge or Boulder Dash for the Commodore 64. Jumpman for same system is on that list too.

"Commander Keen in Goodbye Galaxy!" It had the WORST reward for the HARDEST level, but it was really fun anyway. Insane jumping mushrooms for the win!

The first Duke Nukem will always be my very favourite game, no matter how good the 360 and PS3 become.

Day of The Tentacle
Sam and Max Hit the Road
The first three Monkey Island games.

I really miss those point and click adventures.

Planescape Torment and Baldur's Gate were also fantastic.
Theme Hospital was great too.
