Yeah I have fondness for throwing that one out in conversation.

I also use situation-appropriate variations of "of all the gin joints, in all the towns, in all the world, she walks into mine."

I have to go with "Get to the chopper!".

Whenever I see a chopper (mostly if it's in a game or movie) I scream that line. =P

EDIT: Also, "First, take a big step back... and literally, FUCK YOUR OWN FACE!"

No Bible Quotes? Come on!
Bonus points for giving me The Book and Chapter.

If I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not charity, I have become as sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal. 2 And if I should have prophecy and should know all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I should have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not charity, I am nothing. 3 And if I should distribute all my goods to feed the poor, and if I should deliver my body to be burned, and have not charity, it profits me nothing.

Charity is patient, is kind: charity envies not, deals not perversely, is not puffed up, 5 is not ambitious, seeks not her own, is not provoked to anger, thinks no evil: 6 Rejoices not in iniquity, but rejoices with the truth: 7 Bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.

Charity never falls away: whether prophecies shall be made void or tongues shall cease or knowledge shall be destroyed. 9 For we know in part: and we prophesy in part. 10 But when that which is perfect has come, that which is in part shall be done away. 11 When I was a child, I spoke as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child. But, when I became a man, I put away the things of a child. 12 We see now through a glass in a dark manner: but then face to face. Now I know in part: but then I shall know even as I am known. 13 And now there remain faith, hope, and charity, these three: but the greatest of these is charity.

Anything G.K Chesterton said.

"The buisness of the progressives is to go on making mistakes; the buisness of the conservatives is to prevent the mistake from being corrected."
"When a man stops believing in God, he will not believe in nothing, on the contrary- he will believe in anything."

Probably apocraphyl, but the story of Napoleon threatening the French bishops that he would destroy the Church, and them retorting that if it was still standing after their best efforts, what chance did he have?

"There's a passage I got memorized. Ezekiel 25:17. "The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he who, in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of the darkness, for he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who attempt to poison and destroy My brothers. And you will know I am the Lord when I lay My vengeance upon you." Now... I been sayin' that shit for years. And if you ever heard it, that meant your ass. You'd be dead right now. I never gave much thought to what it meant. I just thought it was a cold-blooded thing to say to a ************ before I popped a cap in his ass. But I saw some shit this mornin' made me think twice. See, now I'm thinking: maybe it means you're the evil man. And I'm the righteous man. And Mr. 9mm here... he's the shepherd protecting my righteous ass in the valley of darkness. Or it could mean you're the righteous man and I'm the shepherd and it's the world that's evil and selfish. And I'd like that. But that shit ain't the truth. The truth is you're the weak. And I'm the tyranny of evil men. But I'm tryin', Ringo. I'm tryin' real hard to be the shepherd. "
Best monologue in any movie.

"Hope is the first step along the road to disappointment."
Librarian - Dawn of War.

"Do not pray to your Gods, for they are not listening, and I have no Gods!"
Pyre Fierceshot - Guild Wars

I use the first one a lot more myself, just because it sounds so depressing, one of the characters in Soul Calibur says a similar line and it makes me lol every time I hear it.

"You cannot see what I see because you see what you see. You cannot know what I know because you know what you know. What I see and what I know cannot be added to what you see and what you know because they are not the same kind. Neither can it replace what you see and what you know, because that would be to replace you yourself."

"First they came for the Communists, and I did not speak out, because I was not a Communist.
Then they came for the Socialists, and I did not speak out, because I was not a Socialist.
Then they came for the Unions, and I did not speak out, because I belonged to no Union.
Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out, because I was not a Jew.
Then they came for me, and there was no-one left to speak out for me." - Pastor Niermoller.
