I am familiar with that term, i just dislike it. For one because it tends to imply a certain submissiveness that i don't find appealing and, on a more personal note, because here in germany "bimbo" is a racial slur against black people. Not quite on par with the n-word but still rather offensive.

It's not really that surprising. However hard we try to shake the stigma, there is still an impressive connection between social anxiety and gaming, and the connection between social anxiety and BDSM is even greater.

You bring up some really interesting point I could be a bit biased. I don't consider myself biased but I mean I am inherently biased towards myself so I can't really talk. I have noticed on other sites and such geared towards the BDSM community the geek related groups and such are by far and large the most popular by a long shot. I have noticed a few other things here and there too but I mean again I could be just being biased like you said.
