Title says all. What game did you most recently beat and what did you think? Would like to see a little description instead of just what game it was if possible.

Last night, well technically 7 am this morning after an all-nighter I beat Odin Sphere. It was sitting on my shelf for so long that I decided to give it a go and loved it. Took me about 43 hours or so.

It is a very unique game. Great side scrolling action rpg. It did get a tad repetitive after awhile, but playing through 5 different characters with different fighting styles gave it some variety. The story and characters were pretty good, but perhaps not as much interaction as your typical JRPG. Overall I'd likely give it an 8.0 or perhaps a 8.5.

This makes me want to finally play its spiritual successor Muramasa the Demon Blade on my neglected Wii. Odin Sphere is also the spiritual successor of Japan only Saturn game called Princess Crown. I really wish that one was released over here, but oh well.

Skyrim, well the main quest at least. Overall awesome but the more time I spend playing it the more I see that entire sections of the game were just copied/pasted.

Skyrm, wow aren't I original.

But before that, it was A Spec of Gran Turismo 5, so that's something I suppose.

Soul Nomad(It's in my top 10 games, a Strategy JRPG with an excellent story/characters), but it wasn't the fist time. My most recent purchased and completed game is Bastion(Also in my top 10, hack n' slash with a strong narrative).

EDIT: Muramasa's awesome, I'm stuck on the final boss though...

Limbo,

Unless you want to count my free month of Xbox Live that ended tonight after a few games of GoW3 Horde.

Ah, geez. I don't finish games often.

Erm...not counting all those little 10-minute flash games like "The Company Of Myself" and "Every Day The Same Dream"? I think it'd be...Resident Evil 4, back in early March. Wow.

I've played Fallout 3, LA Noire, Deus Ex: Human Revolution, Skyrim, Fallout 1, Penumbra: Overture, Painkiller, Metroid Prime 3, and Okami since then and not a one have I seen through to its conclusion yet.

Skyrim.
at least, the main quest and the Thieves Guild. on my new character, i've almost finished the Companions (literally on the final quest).

Arkham City is a close 2nd. I've finished Batman's main story and almost all the side-missions, i just need to finish the Riddler stuff, and Catwoman.

I finish almost every single game I play (I have to really hate it to give up).

Anyway, earlier today I finished Hamilton's Great Adventure. It's an indie puzzle game that I thought was absolutely fantastic. Got it for $2.50 and its DLC for 75c in the autumn sale and got 10.7 hours out of it according to Steam. I feel a bit guilty for not giving the devs more money for it, since I liked it so much. It's a puzzle game that mostly relies on figuring out the right solution, rather than quick reflexes (only required occasionally), and never requires trial-and-error if you think things through. Lots of fun and plenty of game there. FYI It's $2.50 again in the current sale.

Before that... Skyrim. Very good but I can't help but think that the combination of Morrowind's world and Skyrim's mechanics would be the greatest game ever.

I don't finish games that often either. Erm...I know I "finished" Super Mario Galaxy a few months back. But that was just killing Bowser, not getting all 120 stars...

...Yeah, I think that's my most recently beaten game. Now to get around to Okami, Xenoblade (u mad, America?), Batman Arkham Asylum, Amnesia, Bastion, Cave Story, Sanctum, Deus Ex, Cthulhu Saves The World, Mass Effect, Bad Company 2, Max Payne, M&M Clash of Heroes, Half Life 2, Final Fantasy 4, Chrono Trigger, Pokemon Diamond, Knights in the Nightmare...and a whole lot of others, but that's my "priority" list. Plus all the games I'm going to buy over the massive Steam sale (starting with Metro 2033)...should keep me going well into next year, and maybe the year after that too.

...New Year's Resolution: Only one AAA game for all next year...Bioshock Infinite, Pokemon, Kingdom Hearts 3D, (maybe) Professor Layton vs. Ace Attorney? Choices, choices...

SMT:Nocturne Hard mode . Beat it on december 5th 2011 right before my birthday december the 6th.

I had a gap between the release of dark souls and my birthday when i was going toget skyrim, so i decided to do a hardmore playthrough of nocturne .. Great game , very dark , very difficult , a good follow up to dark souls . Needless to say i was very motivated , toom about 80 hours to complete ( just the story not the extra dungeon.

Sequence

A very strange concept, but executed almost perfectly, though you'll be grinding for random drops far more often than for levels.

Finished Castle Crashers for the nth time with my friend. Never gets old and it never will. There will always be new weapons to choose from and new characters to unlock.

I'm currently playing it right now, about to face the second Fiend. Does the story pick up? I feel like the game is just introducing me to the different factions right now.
OP: Skyrim. I completed most of the questlines, including the main one. I'd call that beating it.
