A type? I've never actually been asked that question. Hm, I don't believe I have a type, aside from someone who's not going to destroy me like the last one.

Ok i'll be serious:

Smart, good personality, sense of humour and similar interests.

I don't want someone who wears lots of make-up and average attractiveness to others is amazingly hot to me.

I've never really been to keen on the whole "relationship" thing, but I suppose that I would like a girl who is very intelligent, and who is into the things that I like.
I can't really say this without sounding like a dick, but she would also have to have some good looks. I'm not extremely picky, so average looks are fine for me.

Here, you can have my reply [http://www.escapistmagazine.com/forums/read/18.217757-So-what-do-you-find-attractive-in-a-man-woman?page=3#7345471] from when somebody asked this two days ago. (The dude that started that thread is apparently suspended now for praising Hitler as the greatest guy on the planet, so you can draw whatever conclusions from that as you want.)

I want someone who's smart and kind, with a good sense of humor(And all that other generic stuff).

In all seriousness though, I'd like someone I could be around, someone intellectual that would stimulate me in discussion, and someone independant enough to stand on their own, with or against me depending on what the situation deemed.

Pretty face, no fatties (sorry if I offend anyone, taste is taste) and no idiots. I also have a slight "thing" for piercings and tattoos, but nothing overboard.

I know it when I see it.

I prefer not to restrict myself by declaring that I have a type.
If I start saying I wouldn't date a guy who wasn't under 6 foot, white and had blue eyes, I could potentially blinker myself to the hot, shorter black guy hidden at the back of the room.

People are whole packages, and trying to disqualify someone for one tiny facet of their personality or physical features is too difficult for me.

smart, funny, and can cook. oh, and he'd have to be laid back and a little nerdy. I can live without the cooking thing, but at least someone I can have a hilarious conversation with but also can have a serious discussion/debate with the next day.

Smexy and sweet.

That is all. Really.

As long as they're sweet and don't share the same IQ with a brick, I'll like them.

A healthy perspective and a good sense of humour, the two often walk hand-in-hand.

If you can't let the little things slide, I really want nothing to do with you.

I'm no romantic(love bores me), but the sentiments outlined above apply to potential relationships of any nature.

While I agree on not ruling someone out due to one aspect of their physical features, I don't know about personality. There are a few personality aspects I just could NOT cope with no matter what the rest of the package was. Admittedly, that's probably more of an issue with me than the person with said aspect but I feel that trying to make it work with those aspects, even if the rest of the package was wonderful, would end up badly for both parties.

Mature and intelligent. I don't care that much about looks, as long as she's not incredibly ugly. I never understood the whole hair color preference thing, though.

Gotta have a little hair on his chest. I don't know why, but for some reason, hairless guys bother me.

Also, I need a little muscle action, call me shallow, but I enjoy being lifted and piggie backed. :D

The guy much enjoy games and not be a dumbass. Also, NO ASSHOLES. I only date gentlemen.

Which is why I have the perfect fella now. :)
