My serious answer:
A sharp object inserted straight down between the collar bone and the shoulder to sever the subclavian. The person will probably die in 8 seconds. Even if the fight was IN the emergency room, he'd be dead.

If I was in a mortal combat game or something.... I would probably do the same thing. I've (thankfully) never had to do it but it seems real subtle and that's kind of badass. If I needed something flashy, I'd probably go with high yield explosives. That's fun to look at.

Pull a move from my MMO of choice, Mabinogi, called Final Hit / Infinite Slash, it allows me to either constantly assault one opponent with as many hits i can fit in to its 30 second runtime OR teleport between several opponents whilst attacking them for 30 seconds.
