My one and a half year old daughter screaming/crying "up"... and continuing to do so for 20 plus minutes while I pick her up, put her in my lap, pick her up farther and walk around with her, etc. She's calmed down now, but I hate it when she's really upset about something but doesn't have the language skills to tell me what it is. It becomes the most miserable game of 20 questions on the planet.
Oh... also, I'm a credentialed teacher, who has taught at four different schools in four years because every year there are massive budget cuts, I get laid off as I'm the new teacher, and then have to find a new school and move over the summer. Just once I'd like to teach the same grade in the same classroom for more one year in a row. Making all new lesson plans for new grades, text books, etc. each year and then never being able to use them again is EXTREMELY depressing and exhausting.
