Kill stealing, Teabagging, and Camping. All FPS deadly sins, all the hallmarks of total Scrubs.
Fine with the first two. Camping however is my main tactic.
Umm, why? Always wanted to know why people camp.

I experienced the first one out of that list though.

The match ended something like 4 kills and 15 assists 'cos he followed me round shooting everything I was, I guess it was luck that he got most of the kills and I am sure it was unintentional but it was still annoying as all hell.
I camp because I do not enjoy running around the map like a gerbil with a machine gun. I do not find it fun when everyone just runs and jumps and shoots wildly. I like to take out my enemies from a concealed location without them even knowing I was there.
Are we talking staying in one place then moving or sitting in a dark corner with a shotgun, like some kind of psycho ... slowly rocking backward and forward, whispering "all work and no play make me a dull boy".
Depends what mood I'm in. I don't enjoy small, closed in maps so not so much the shotgun type at the moment. Staying still and waiting for enemies to come to me is my main strategy though, so if I happen to have a shotgun I will plant myself somewhere behind a door or anywhere where the enemy will run past without seeing me.

Scrubs were something else in WoW. People in that game are scrubs if they have shit gear and are trying to get into high end content. Or just generally trying to get in something over their heads, and especially if they don't even know what they're doing... they just "thought it would be fun". Basically, scrubs are noobs. The worst kind is the kind that just hit max level that day, is wearing quest reward green items, and asks to join a 25 man raid. Thankfully, there's wow armory... although it's hilarious when people don't check it.
Sidenote: glad I don't play anymore. Saves a lot of trouble... there was so many scrubs!

According to that TVtropes thing, I have no idea, MvC is pretty much prided on being balanced, I know jack about mw2 but I know it's not balanced, maybe people thought you were cheating?

The word scrub has become somewhat of a joke between me and my friends thanks to an Xbox Live encounter with a player who easily used the word 45 times in a 15 minute game.

Why is this so complicated?

A scrub is just person who feels they are naturally just as good, if not better, then any one else they play with at anything.

a noob just don't know what they are doing cause they either just started or haven't really bothered to learn anything.

Who in the world says "scrub"?

At any rate, it's basically a noob, someone who might have been playing for a while but refuses to get any better at playing the actual game.
You clearly haven't been playing WoW.
