Toy Story 3, Lord of the Rings: Two Towers AND Return of the King, The Last Samurai.
Above are things that made me shed a single manly tear.
Confound you Samwise Gamgee, confound you and your amazing spontaneous speech skills.
Edit: Gah, I forgot to mention "A Beautiful Mind [http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0268978/]", although that made me full out cry rather than cry manly tears.
the ending to the new medal of honor, you know its going to happen but its so saddening because you hear their desperate demands for medevac, right up until the screen goes white. Line that makes it saddening for me: "8 heroes on board" *camera pans down the helicopter, ending at your squadmates and a body bag*
I've never cried from any form of media, but that Calvin and Hobbes poster just came damn close, as did the final Calvin and Hobbes strip. As well as this amazing video from Johnny Cash.

And Grave of the Fireflies. Just... Grave of the Fireflies. Look it up. Cause I'm not going to. That shit is heavy.
Maybe this is just me, but I found that film to be terrible and not moving at all. You have almost no time to become familiar with the characters at all, and it's just sad the whole time. Never a glimmer of hope, just one person dies. Then a bad thing happens. Then another person dies. Then another person dies.
Sigh...I still think people don't know the difference between manly tears and general crying. I wouldn't object, but it makes me feel like people want to believe that men can't do anything if it's not somehow "masculine." Eh bien...
You've played G-Senjou? I haven't gotten around to it, yet. I still got a ton on my list to finish before I even think of it. Shoot, I still have to finish writing a review on Symphonic Rain, too (summary: holy shit, read it; don't let the art style fool you into thinking it's light and fluffy!).

Gurren Lagann got me pretty good with a couple scenes. YOU KNOW THE ONES.
Actually, I haven't played Clannad, yet, either. If it's <url=http://www.escapistmagazine.com/forums/read/326.163769-Neutral-Drow-reviews-Kanon>anything like Kanon was, though...
It's bad enough in the anime. It's almost unbearable in the game.
You've had a lot more time to spend with her (and plenty of time for me in particular to completely and positively revise my opinion of her), a lot more time to register for yourself what's happening to her...and the anime pulled that little disappearance at the end out of its ass. There's nothing in the game to suggest that she doesn't simply fall asleep and die in your arms.
I'm not gonna lie. I finished that game route, went to sleep, went about the next day mildly distracted, went to bed that night...and then cried myself to sleep. It was a very uncomfortable feeling.

Archer's backstory in Fate/Stay Night. Ask anyone, and they'll understand (and possibly agree).
It's odd, I think the anime actually did that part better. For some reason, the part of the Fate route that did it to me was Shirou and Saber's argument after their date. I'd probably even call those manly tears, knowing how completely helpless they both feel, Saber torn between her absolute devotion to her duty and her love for Shirou, and Shirou trapped by the fact that his love can't be dissuaded from a path leading to her self-destruction.
So yeah, that scene in Fate, Archer's backstory, and <color=aliceblue>Lancer's death in Unlimited Blade Works. Those were my "manly" tears moments of the game.
Because I'm not gonna demean a certain person's death in Heaven's Feel by insisting that my tears during it were manly in the slightest.
There are different movies mainly dealing with a lost loved one that can get me misty but never cried. As for actually crying there are only two things right now...
1. I am a volunteer firefighter and we ran a call where a 4 year old girl had gotten kicked in the chest by a horse. When we arrived she wasn't breathing and we couldn't find a pulse. That alone is enough to get most teary eyed but as we started to perform CPR the mother was crying and blaming herself for turning her back for just a second to grab a bag of food. I don't know exactly how long we were giving chest compressions but it seemed like forever. Just then her leg starts to move and she starts to cry. Then as she was loaded into the ambulance it left running code and the cops gave them an escort all the to the hospital 20 miles away. Needless to say there wasn't a dry eye in the firehouse after that call.
2. Now this is the latest one and the one that gets me the most. I have recently met an amazing girl who I only wanted to be friends with and never intended to and tried not to fall for her. I tried my hardest not to fall in love because she doesn't have that much time left. She was diagnosed with leukemia before we met...and her doctor gives her only about a year and a half left. So we are trying our best to make the most of our time that we have left and hoping for a miracle...and everytime I think about her dy...not having her around.................well lets just say i dont want to type anymore
Gladiator, Lord of the Rings and Half-Life 2 Episode 2 tend to make me a bit teary when I finish them. Also, this song: It's so good, but it makes me cry like a baby. UHAUUHH
And, of course, TVTropes' Manly Tears [http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/ManlyTears] page.
Elfen lied. I managed to hold it in with the anime but I shed a single manly tear for the manga. All those years he waited and finally he gave up, ohhhhhh...
Pretty much anything.
I think tears and laughter are the true way to applaud a story.
But Doctor Who has probably won the most tears from me... Two words: Season Finales (Yeah, PLURAL)
Everything Joss Whedon touches is a close runner up to that crown, Dollhouse, Firefly, Buffy, Angel, The ground he walks on.
I'm also a real sucker for anime, good visual novels, certain games.
The Radiohead song "How to Disappear Completely (And Never Be Found Again)" is a really reliable way to bring tears to my eyes.
Pixar.
I can't name everything but those are pretty solid examples how anything else would go about getting me to cry.
One thing that doesn't work?
That dumb little
"-Oh no he's dying I'll need to do CPR because he's a main character and it's 3 episodes in, oh no it's not working.
-Give up he's gone.
-No he can't be, tries again before giving up and crying.
-Suddenly wakes up choking to everyone's joy"
You know why it doesn't work? Because everyone bitches out, it's a statistical certainty that it won't happen.
That doesn't mean it's impossible it means the condition of it happening assumes a positive outcome until proven otherwise.
That character actually dies to dramatic effect there?
I'm impressed, crying, and impressed.
There is still ways to fake out to heavy impact, but the cpr thing is so overdone even I give up on it.
I cried last night. That's because I spent the night with my friend who was on the phone all night talking someone out of killing themselves. Sort of put a dampener on the evening.
