I would like to see madmax style vehicles, however if they decided to put vehicles in, turn off fast travel, one or the other, cant have both. Bring back the deathclaw gauntlet and deathclaws. As for weather, a tornado would be awesome. Location, DFW would be neat, Dallas and Fort Worth are at war, or San Diego.

Yes, I know, workbenches and stuff, but I want it to go deeper. I think that I should be able to make some of the craziest weapons - otherwise unseen across the wastes - if I had the skill for it. I'm thinking Dead Rising 2 crazy! A weapon that fires mines. A weapon that fires the energy equivalent of a mini-nuke's payload (not the Tesla Cannon, if that's what you were thinking). A dildo claw to fight deathclaws with! I want to make this stuff! This could also go for clothings - A personalized power armor and a deathclaw armor to say a few.
I would expand upon this and add in an in-game economy. I would make like to see a mechanic where you can either make weapon upgrades for yourself or, weapon upgrades that you can sell not only to factions A - Z but to towns too. I'd also like to add the option to turn weapons like the Mini-Nuke or other laser-based weapon/ammo packs into sell-only items like electric lights, water/food purifiers, etc. These could be sold to towns or outright donated which would lead into something else I'd like to see in Fallout 4...

I loved the ability to nuke Megaton but I think this can be expanded on. In each town you could be able to donate weapons/items to make the town as a whole function better and ultimately expand into a city. Remember the attack on Little Big Town? Introduce that to the towns/cities in Fallout 4 but decrease the odds of attack/increase the odds of survival by donating munitions and money for a wall and other such defenses. Remember how your home could be given themes? Why not expand THAT to towns too!? Donate robot components and watch as Protectrons and Mr. Handies step up to defend the town. Donate leather armor and whatnot and watch as the citizens of Townsville dress up in the latest gimp fashion.

I just thought of another one. The ability to quickly and easily place stuff where you want it instead of swinging it around and hoping that it doesn't fly off somewhere or knock off other things that you spent an hour placing. Would make it so much easier to decorate your house with all of your trophies if they would include something like that.
