I was reading about ENTJs and Field Marshalls, and it said "born engineers" which is funny because I want to be an engineer.

Strongly INFP (all stats around or above 70%)
Some tests call it "The Healer," though I've also heard it called "The Idealist."

One of the suggested careers is archaeologist, which is what I'm in school for.

"Princess Diana, Richard Gere, Audrey Hephurn, Albert Schweiter, George Orwell, Karen Armstrong, Aldous Huxley, Mia Farrow, and Isabel Meyers are examples of a Healer Idealists."

It's been a while since I've seen one of these. When I first got into college, I tested as INTJ. Three years later, I tested as INFP. Now...

*checks*

Still INFP.

# very expressed introvert (89)
# slightly expressed intuitive personality (1)
# moderately expressed feeling personality (25)
# slightly expressed perceiving personality (22)

ENTP - Extraverted Intuitive Thinking Perceiving

Apparently it corresponds to the "Inventor" archetype, and I suppose the description given does a fair job of describing my basic personality. I guess I can't complain that I get lumped into the same personality group as people like Richard Feynman and Walt Disney.

Also, it would seem that most of the responses thus far favor introversion versus extroversion. I'd be curious if it were generally true that members of the escapist are introverts. My assumption is that it is true but that's just based on the general character of threads dealing with human relationships I see.

INTJ

Seems Newton, Niels Bhor and Michael de Montaige had the same type... so it is not that bad, I think

I always get the same result on this test. I can't take it again at this very moment, and I can't remember my values (though they were all pretty extreme), but the result I always get is INTP. That's "architect" according to your descriptors.

I don't usually see a lot of other people with the same result, but the last time I took the test, for a class that had sheets that we sent in to be scored, I felt like the result description was a biography written about me and me alone. It also gave my girlfriend some fuel with which to (accurately) make fun of me for quite a while.

I got INTJ, but I do not agree with it. To be honest, I don't really agree with these sorts of tests anymore because I keep getting different results everytime (INFJ, INFS, etc.)

Introverted, Feeling, Sensing, Perceiving.

Eh. Kinda on the right track I suppose.

But I smell an awful lot of bullshit on these personality test things.

Yeah! INTP buddies! Apparently Einstein was thought to be INTP type as well.

INFJ.
Qualitative:
# moderately expressed introvert
# moderately expressed intuitive personality
# moderately expressed feeling personality
# moderately expressed judging personality

Strength of the preferences % (looking at it, I dunno what exactly this is supposed to be)
Introverted- 56%
Intuitive- 25%
Feeling- 25%
Judging- 56%

I've taken this one several times before, and remember that I usually get INFJ, usually with a one or two question difference for each category save one, can't remember which it is, that's like a 75-25 split.
