INTJ

Seems Newton, Niels Bhor and Michael de Montaige had the same type... so it is not that bad, I think
As well as Steven Hawking, Peter the Great and JFK, to name some more.

INTJ was my result as well. The descriptive articles were pretty accurate, but there was one line of Keirsey's that was absolutely spot on: "Masterminds are not at all eager to take command, preferring to stay in the background until others demonstrate their inability to lead." This is very much my modus operandi of choice. I'll hang back watching, until it becomes apparent someone's going to cock it up, and then I'll step in and take over. Generally with some sort of pained sigh.

Qualitative analysis of your type formula

You are:

* slightly expressed introvert
* moderately expressed intuitive personality
* moderately expressed feeling personality
* moderately expressed judging personality
Looks about right. I'm not extremely anything.

So apparently I, along with "one percent of the population," as well as a fair amount of posters here, are in the "Mastermind" class. Hm.
I guess it's because people who read such the Escapist forums are more likely to be of certain personality type (or the Escapist forums morph people's personalities into certain types by talking to certain types of people)

INTJ.

Fuck yeah, this is rather accurate. It told me I would be well suited for computer programming, which happens to be my main goal in life.

EDIT: Also read the analysis of an INTJ and that fit perfectly to. Awesome. I'm exactly who I knew I was.

One of the links at the end page also lists fictional characters, including Gandalf, Hannibal Lecter and Professor Moriarty - how awesome is that?

Apparently I'm the Inspector, the guy who makes sure rules and laws are followed and regulations upheld.

Go figure, because that doesn't sound like me; If the solution works, I don't particularly care how we got there (as long as it was done in a safe manner). Usually however, there is a reason why the lawful way is the safe way. There is usually a reason why the regulations are in place ; when I follow them, I don't do it because they're regulations, but rather because of the underlying causes that make those particular methods regulations.

My worst personal enemy is bureocracy. I generally don't see the point in it, it's gotten that bad almost everywhere.

I do however agree with the likely career prospects: management, accounting, administrative management, technology education, surgeon, law etc. all career choices I seriously contemplated, more than once I tried to figure if to apply to law school, med school, or industrial engineering and management at a university of technology.... I'm currently studying industrial engineering and management. So that is pretty much spot on.

INFP, although I didn't take that test, I've taken it before and I remember.

Oooo. I love all of those, but especially Gandalf. Can you link back the link? I can't seem to find it.

ISTP, but I don't think it's very accurate. Then again, I don't think I know myself very well.

INTJ

Tells me exactly what everyone else says about me all the time. I don't really consider myself supportive, I'm much more aloof, but I am an idealist. I'm also in good company, apparently.

Bask in the glory of my Crafter-ness. Though it should be noted that the vast majority of the time, I'm far too lazy to actually craft anything, which makes this match seem kinda weird. Everything else fits rather well, but it says I'm supposed to feel a need to craft things, which is true, but that need doesn't come anywhere near overcoming my inherent level of lazy.

INTP. However, I had some friends take the test for me based on observations and I got INTJ. It's recommended to have other people take the test based on observations on you, since your judged on your actions, not what you haven't done.

I'm a ISFP
Introverted- 44
Sensing - 75
Feeling - 12
Perceiving - 22

* moderately expressed introvert
* distinctively expressed sensing personality
* slightly expressed feeling personality
* slightly expressed perceiving personality

I guess... that's ok? I don't mind it, and it is fairly accurate I'd say.
