The ability to "re-spawn" after dieing.
Disclaimer: I generally mean "above-average" when I say "superhuman", so if it helps you sleep at night, change all references to superhuman, with above-average.
With "superhuman" dexterity, I'd be able to do anything and everything at a hastened rate.
Anything from reloading firearms, swinging blades, ...well...you know, in bed..., enhanced movement speed, to faster climbing up ladders. All-around useful, and not in any way bad for normal life.
With "superhuman" balance, I'd have cat-like grace, no matter what I'm doing. It'd allow me to run up/along walls, and to do jumping rolls, without even losing momentum, so I'd be like an action-movie stuntman, except not faked and with even more possibilities.
That ability that I mentioned, would have to do with my eyes. They'd be where they are now, and there'd be the same amount of them, but each one would be "special".
My right eye would have it's color changed to yellow, and would have "superhuman" perception.
Able to see minute movements at comically long ranges, and tell what it is.
Whether it's a piece of flying debris, like a paper, or a leaf, a shrub swaying in the wind, or a ghille sniper about to shoot me in the throat with an L96A1.
And such things as being able to read very tiny text, several yards away.
My left eye would be changed to green, just for thelulz irony, and would have "night vision".
Looking at any darkness, whether it be in a dark room, or standing in a well-lit room, and looking into a not-so-well-lit box, it'd be just as bright as normal light, except it'd be completely desaturated; black and white.
Now, that one's tricky, as it can interfere with normal life, because it may feel really weird if one of my eyes sees completely well (Except, of course, for there being no color.), and the other sees a wall of tar-blackness.
Although, they both act relatively the same in normal lighting conditions, and if I spot something with my perception eye, my nightvision eye would see it too, just not as good, like if that eye was my "bad" eye. It could also potentially give me a headache, if I try to focus my "bad" eye on something long range, or if I try to focus my perception eye on something my nightvision eye sees in the complete blackness.

If I get sniped by earlier mentioned ghille sniper, it'd hurt. It'd hurt like hell. I'd probably bleed to death, soon after. But I wouldn't die, I'd end up in a hospital, alive, but in agonizing, make-macho-men-cry pain. Keeps me from being completely suicidal, but doesn't do anything too drastic to me, or anyone associated to me, except having to lay there in such pain I'd be crying like a teenager that just lost her boyfriend.
So, there's my four special abilities I would get if I had the choice.

Plant-control powers (that way I could keep my garden healthy, North Carolina humidity be damned! Oh, I wouldn't use the powers to force the plants to grow super-quick; I'd mostly just use them to force my veggies to stay healthy)

Honestly the only power I've ever wanted was to be very agile. That's really the reason I do parkour, because it makes me feel like I have that power, haha. But it would be cool to have control over time and space, or even the ability to control earth like Suwako Moriya from Touhou.

That's all I need. With high enough TK you can break apart objects into base atoms, or reconstruct objects from atoms into whatever you want. It would also let you control fire, water, electricity, etc, as well as photons for invisibility.
Teleportation for ease of travel naturally.
Time manipulation for superspeed and undoing mistakes and for travelling to the future to gain advanced technology. Also when combined with teleportation it allows you to travel to anywhere and anywhen too.
I would be unstoppable.
