the ability to go back in time but this is different from normal time travel, mine would be that when you go back you stay there, the future continues like it did (unless you change it, like putting winning lottery numbers down on your ticket) you would also be the age you were at the moment in time (unless you went waaaaaaaay back)

I have though about this a little bit since i do read a lot of Comic Books.
I thought flying would be a great 1 but i have never been that good at heights. Also it is dangerous and just because you can fly doesn't mean your strong and can fight.

I think if i could have a power it would be a healing factor like Deadpool or Wolverine. To be able to get shot in the head or heart then live. To lose a finger and have it grow back like Hawk can do from the DC Comics Hawk & Dove.

Anyway what would your superpower be?
.
To quote Kenny from SouthPark, "No, it's not cool! It fucking hurts!". A bad idea man, it would hurt like hell and you'll never get used to that feeling.
What would be my choice of a superpower? I would bend milk. So many applications! Misfits had taught me that I could become a superstar! ....if only I eliminate all of my competition. Cottage Cheese, anyone?
Yea but whos to say i am going to die? I have gone 20 years thus far without dieing . But i would have no more fear and i would be able to do everything i wanted in the world. (learn motocross :p) without fear.

Immortality wins by default. No matter how cool another superpower might be, in 60 years its worthless. The only superpower that could trump immortality is one that gives it to you as a side benefit, like healing factor.

The ability to never need sleep and not feel any bad effects from it.

Think of it, I'll never be tired again, I have an extra 8 hours or so every day to do stuff, and it won't be a power that will draw attention and lead to Mulder and Scully knocking on my door.
Ever seen the film 'Cashback' made in 2006? It's a cheaply made film, but the guy in that gains that power when his girlfriend and him break up (something most guys can relate to) and so goes on a massive spree of painting naked women. Really good film, quite funny too.

On topic I'd ether like invincibility along the lines of wolverine/Deadpool but with the ability to regrow limbs.

That or something like the power from the Darkness mixed with Darksiders 1. I'd be a God amongst men.

I'd love to have the powers Jackie Estacado has from the first The Darkness game. I say the game because they never really put the emphasis on how much impact The Darkness has on Jackie in the comics.

Barring the ridiculously overpowered, such as the power to have any power I want,

Shape-shifting, because it would allow me to control the world from within, perfectly impersonating important political figures and finally accomplishing world domination. (I'm no hero)

Or perfect invulnerability, allowing me to single handedly take over the world, without any chance of being killed. (Again, I'm no hero)

That's a dumb power >.>

Telekinesis - I don't have to be able to fly, I can TK myself around and look like i'm flying. Idon't have to be strong, I can TK punch you harder than the hulk and move a bus with my mind. I don't have to have a healing factor, I can make my cells divide with TK and heal instantly. Bullet barrier, super speed... anything is possible when you can manipulate space (and therefor time) with your mind.

The ability to warp between this dimension and an alternate dimension (and back) where I can create and control anything at will (including anything I bring in from this dimension). Also, it's like Digimon where time goes extremely slowly in the this dimension while I'm in my dimension.

That sounds like two powers to me. Warping and controlling.

The ability to create anything at will, including things that don't exist. Someone being annoying, make a giant weight appear over their head. Want food, it appears. Friend having a bad day, make whatever they want appear. It would be epic.

Transformation, not like "oh I turned into a dog" or "oh, look I turned into Nathan Fillion" (though that would be awesome). But the ability to just warp my body into whatever I wanted. Arm into a maw filled with teeth, spontaneous grow wings, grow another arm, go trick or treating as an eldritch monstrosity. It would also work as a healing factor to non vital wounds, allow for the alteration of muscle and bone strength and given enough skill would allow me to actually turn into other people/animals.

I would probably start to use it to mess with people. Like changing the position of a mole on my face or something like that.

After a while and a buildup of skills I could definitely see myself going on a power trip, which would probably be bad considering the power.

Healing factor. No matter the damage my body takes, and no matter how long I live, I will always be in peak physical condition.
That would solve every problem I currently face in my life.

I'd pick either:
-Shapeshifting
-Control over the elements
-Psychic abilities
-Reality Warping

There's just so much to choose from...

Good point. If I can only have 1 power, I'll with shape-shifting.

telekinesis, hands down. Then again...

Telekinesis, to move things with my mind. Its boring, but useful. Besides, I'm short and it can help get things off the top shelf.
