Fable 2...

I Had just arrived at the farm, I Was liek o shit, They really outdid themselfs... No Game I have played has had a plot twist like this. So I follow the path leading to the point where im assumeing will be a massive plot fight, I Figured this place was the Calm before the storm. And I was ready to kick that motherfuckers ass for killing my dog. I Arrive at the place.... To Find out I just had to use the music box... No Big bossbattle where I get vengence for everything this asshole had did to me, Killing my dog and all of my family. No I Just get to use a music box.... What worse is I was so shocked I waited figureing "There has to be something else... This can't be it..." And then as I was listing wondering if something would happen perhaps he would throwhimself and hit me... Rever shot him... And that was it... I Was Dissapointed and screamed out "What the fuck!"

Why did Gnl. Sheperd shot you at the end of MW2? There's no reason for it, or I missed it in all the times I played throught the entire game more times then I can reasonably count and still don't get it. Doesn't he need all the assets he can get? This is just a plot hole the size of Jupiter.
He shot you because you had the information that would incriminate him. He planned to kill the rest of the team as well, but they weren't immediately available to be shot and burned as well. I thought it was explained fairly well at the end.

As for my choice: Train suplex.

Totally a what the hell moment of awesome.

Actually what Ghost and Roach had was proof the Sheperd had ties to the terrorist Makarov, which would have cost him his career and most likely his life. He killed them because they knew too much for him to let them live and that so he could go on to become that huge war hero he was trying to become all along. Basically he was on a power trip in epic proportions.

I remember playing Max Payne 2 and a ragdoll bug happening.
I think it's on the first level, it's in a hotel anyway, I just killed a guy and thought for fun that I should move his body upstairs. So I shoot his body into the elevator with my shotgun, press the button and half his body gets stuck in the floor and spas out while the elevator move up.

However, what I was actually yelling was
GODDAMNIT ANDERS! WHAT HAVE YOU DONE!
Me too.
He had to kill the one person who was being reasonable in that whole mess.
I actually yelled, "THE HELL, MAN!?!"

Well I just beat Fear 3, so I'm going to go and throw that in there to. Mostly the incredibly contrived final boss fight they forced into the game.
Also that thing with Alma and Fettel.

infamous. the ending completely surprised me. there was foreshadowing about it, but it was so subtle that I didn't noticed it until my second play through.

Good "what the hell...":
Bioshock's twist, one of my all time favourite things a game has ever done.
The Bond game 'Nightfire' killing the female love interest 3/4 of the way through. Ballsy.
Actually 'Bloodstone's final twist wasn't half bad.
When the Apple activates at the end AC1 and you see the hologram, that's when it got really sci-fi and fantastic.
AC2, watching the completed Subject 16 video for the first time.
Mass Effect 1 on Virmire when you're talking to Sovereign and you think it's just another interactive display and then it dawns on you what's happening and just what the Reapers are. Genuinely got shivers the first time. I love me some incomprehensible evil forces.
Also ME1, having high enough Paragon to skip the final Saren boss fight. Anyone who did it, knows what I'm referring to. That was... unexpected.
The end of Tomb Raider Legend, the start of Tomb Raider Underworld and the resolution of the Mother's plot in the last level. Pity about the gameplay because story-wise that was a very satisfying trilogy and general mythology.
Saints Row 2. Pretty much all of it.

Bad "what the hell":
AC2's ending. Solar flare? Seriously? That's ALL you could come up with? Quite like how it didn't get a single mention in Brotherhood.
ME2's final boss fight. Liked it because at the time because I was pumped during the final mission but in retrospect... Hmm.
LA Noire reaching what one would normally consider the end at the end of disc 2, only to continue with a less interesting plot for whole other disc. Except for John Noble being there, that man is god.
Resident Evil 5. Pretty much all of it.

FF7

you know the scene
Cloud's bathouse scene with the calvaclade of big burly men?
I think he's talking about the Gondola scene in which Yuffie expresses her love for Cloud, kisses him then, beats on him. Or maybe that other part of Final Fantasy VII where Gackt isn't there and never was.

---

I just beat inFamous and the revelation about Kessler's identity seemed kind of dumb. I played as an evil character and I assume the good guy ending is the same only inverted (if you can follow that)

Assassin's Creed 2 when Ezio is in that clock tower with every training-type NPC he's met up to that point and they make the big reveal that they're all Assassin's. I laughed out loud about the obviousness of that revelation.

"Hello, my name is Oak. Some people call me the Pokemon Professor. This is my Grandson, you two have been rivals since you were babies. Now, what was his name again?"

"Ah yes that's right, his name is Fagballs Gary!"

The beginning of deadspace 2. I've never had a game run up to me and shove so much action and chaos down my throat before i had learned where the hell i was. I remember my wehn the guy showed up saying we need tog et you out of here i thought, 'oh so he's going to escort me, teaching me the basics then leave or die horribly' the second i finished that thought he got stabbed in the head and his face peeled off to which i numbly ran by all the gore and chaos.

I then wondered if i had misread the 'horror' part of the game as ALIEN GORE-FEST PALOOZA.
