Am I invulnerable? Or do I just have an unlimited lifespan?

I'm assuming I can't be killed by anything. So I'd travel, learn all the martial arts I can, all the languages, military tactics, etc.

Then I'd become a mercenary in some war in Africa. I'd be a total badass, and I'd ruin everybody's shit.

I would leave society with anyone willing to follow me and go to a uninhabited island than train and study to become proficient in the following. Swordsmanship, Firearms, Robotics, Tactics, and Assassination. after that I would start an Academy and invite people onto the island with a promise of no hatred or bigotry. When they arrive they must put their children into the Academy to learn the following.
Boys will learn: Swordsmanship, Firearms, Tactics, Robotics, and Stealth.
Girls will learn: Recon skills, Seduction, Assassination, and Stealth.
After that I will use the new found skills in robotics to build and create the world's first working mobile suit and then start mass producing them for sale by our PMC. We will sell them to the countries of the world to wage war on each other effectively making them reliant on our mobile suits. After they have become reliant on us and downgraded their military, we will take our mobile suits back and start a world revolution. Effectively destroying each and every country systematically until our PMC is the only military left. We will become the rulers of the world.

First I'd get the military of some country to make me a ridiculous pistol like Alucards in Hellsing. Then I'd go vigilante while always having a book to read in my spare hand and continue to acquire knowledge over time.

What would you do if you were immortal? You can't die and you'll live forever, what would you do with all that time? Let's even make it retroactive: You're an immortal and you've already observed and interacted with the entire span of human history.
I'd do it again, but make changes. If I'm immortal and can interact with all of human history, then I can make changes too, by influencing certain events. Just to use the cliche example of Hitler, I could kill Hitler during my second go around, before he ever even joined the Nazi Party. Then I'd be able to see the rest of history as it would be if he hadn't survived. There are so many other experiments too that I could do. It would be a matter of curiosity on my part, nothing more, but since in this case time is cyclical then things like people's lives and deaths wouldn't matter to me.

I have one proviso though, if I was going to be immortal like this. Immortality is bloody lonely, so I'd want a companion (ideally the girl of my dreams) to be immortal too, and we'd travel and live together for this eternity of repetition. Hey, it's all hypothetical anyway, so I can make demands if I want to, right?!?

No, you're the only immortal. And no, this is my hypothetical world so you can't make demands.
