Halo Reach and Fallout: New Vegas, because I refuse to pick which one I'm anticipating more. New vegas will steal about a month of my life from me. Reach will probably have the best multiplayer model of all the halo games so far and I've always loved the Halo franchise altogether.

Kane & Lynch 2: Dog Days is at the top of my list, since it's being released quite soon and is a good game. I've got the early access demo and I'm really impressed by it, they've done a good job on fixing and improving the game and it should be a surprise hit this year.

I'm also looking forward to Fable III, The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings and Warhammer 40K: Space Marine.

Fable 3, Portal 2, Halo: reach. I have to say I hope bungie gets Reach right, Halo Wars and ODST were a massive letdown. Halo 3 wasn't that amazing either.
Fable looks like it might actually deliver this time. All the previews make it look awesome. And Portal 2 gets on the list without any hesitation. Can't wait.
