Fallout: New Vegas, for sure. If it's half as good as Fallout 3, then that's still easily worth the wait and money.

I'm also pretty excited for Half-Life 2: Episode 3, although at this time that's perhaps just as much from wanting to know when and if the thing is ever going to be released as from wanting to play it. Portal 2 is a sure buy too.
