Well this bandit from the walking dead. I really don't have anyone who uses my name in video games.
I only know one character with the name Riley. He was a trainer in a pokemon game. In diamond/pearl I think. It was awesome because he game me a lucario egg or riolu or something. All I remember was that it was funny because I had wanted a lucario for my ev trained team and so I apparently have myself the pokemon I wanted 
I share my name with Chris of Resident Evil fame. And I have a short funny story to go along with it.
I used to go to a friend's house to play video games. My friend lives with her family, which included her two nieces (4 and 3 at the time). Before my first visit to her house, my friend had played Resident Evil 5 with her nieces watching. So when I was first introduced, upon hearing my name, the first thing they asked was "Where's Jill?"
Needless to say, it's one of the cutest situations I've found myself in.

There's a lvl 46 Charr on Bloodtide Coast with my name. There seems to be one (not a Charr, sadly ) in Professor Layton and the Last Specter and one in WoW. Otherwise, I don't know of any.
