What Was The Game That Got You Into Gaming?

On the computer an eclectic mix of old games that my dad had on a floppy disk. Included Civilization, Wing Commander, Elite, Empire, Biplane (?) and a tank battle game based on the first Gulf War.

Much later I got into consoles with the N64, my first three games being Mischief Makers, Mario 64 and Lylat Wars.

A little game called Bug!. It was a 3d platformer, where you play as a green (ant?) that walks on two legs and has shoes and talks (I think). For me at the time, that game was HARD. Of course, as a little kid all games are hard, but this one seemed more so.

Though it was not too long ago, Unreal Tournament 2000, primarily C.T.F. is what really immersed me within "gaming".

The first real game i remember playing was Red Faction. But I got into it with Halo. My original copy has that ring on the disk from overuse. But it still works! ^^

I was in florida, and the place we were staying had a PS2. SO we went to the video store and we rented Jak and Daxter. That game made me obsessed.

10 years. (13 if you're going by japaneese times) So that was quite a while ago. Back with an 8 year old version of me walking through the streets with a gameboy blocking my view.

Metal Gear Solid for the Playstation. It's the greatest game I have ever played *tear*.

Command and Conquer: Red Alert. I wasn't even in school yet, and had no concept of strategy back then. I always got my ass kicked, but it was fun to see all those little guys running around, dying...

I did know one thing, though: Nuclear weapons are stronger than a punch in the shoulder, Westwood. What the fuck?

I dabbled in gaming here and there for years before I really started.
Things like Lylat Wars, Mario Kart and other stuff on the N64 as well as Spyro and Gran Turismo on the PS1.
It was Halo 2 I played when my brother bought an Xbox that really got me into gaming.

I was just a tiny little boy who find this game on a shelf in a store. So I bought it, went home, played it and within 5 minutes threw my controler at the window.
