What was your first RP?

I only recently had my first RP with someone. The setting was in her version Left 4 Dead.

So, what setting was your first RP?

My first setting was an original setting and storyline created by a good friend of mine. I still think to this day it's my favorite RP yet.

I played an Assamite Moor named Azeem. Ah good times.

Some random dungeon in D&D. No outside world, no details, no connections to anything else.

I have since moved on to greater things than dungeon crawls.

That's good. You know, despite playing the part of Infected on our Left 4 Dead RP, it's more about friendship and developing the characters than attacking survivors. I play the part of a Screamer trying to befriend her Witch character. It's been interesting so far.

So, I want to know what was so special about your friend's setting (that is not sarcasm). Maybe you could give a brief description? I am a bit interested in finding out what it is.

It was pretty neat, but after a while it stopped being fun.

Jallil's random battle RP. It's the reason I joined, and the best RP to date in my opinion. It was a bit slow at times, but which RP isn't? Seriously. Tell me which one isn't and I'll have joined it immediately.

Edit: Oh, not necessarily on this site? Then that would be a D&D campaign I did with my (at the time, future) brother-in-law, my sister, and a couple of their friends.

I seriously have no idea, but on this site I think it was the Random Battle RP, succeeded by the True Battle Arena.. in which I probably performed my best.

*Leaps up and down in childlike glee* That was mine! My internet died halfway through and we only had five people, but by god we tried. And failed.
My first real one, (I don't count the random battle RPs because frankly, they had no structure beyond 'Fight!' they were fun though) was a wild west future one. I was a strange cowboy with a dog called Luke and a laser pistol. It was awesome.

It was a science-fiction fantasy concept that he had been working on for years. He was having trouble developing the world fully, so we made an RP on a private forum with some close friends. I used some of my own original characters and it took off. Sadly we stopped it because we had school and stuff catch up to us. But yeah, that was my favorite RP.

Likewise. I got sidetracked from the main storyline AND from the personal storyline I'd got planned out to ally with another character and become a homocidal drug dealer. Still it was great fun and the complete confusion matched the setting completely.

Mine was a future galaxy based alot on the Dune concept of an Empire with Great Houses ruling over some of the planets of the Imperium (the Emperor was the high authority though). It never got off though... was pretty dissapointed I thought the concept was cool...
