id be the one to group people together into a communism like state to scrape order and rebuild society, and so i could be the president of a country... i also for some reason have a tendency for economics (IRL) so i lead a sucsuessful country that grows to the sise of washington, idaho and oregon.... and we NEVER touch California (too many zombies)and when the new world order comes together under my hand, i shall invade cali...... and kill them all (saving the survivors of course)and obviously group one and two are both killed (ristance is futile!!!) in the end i would re animate justice,daft punk and justin bieber (justin bieber would die) the rest would preform for the nation. (and yes i enjoyed fable 3)

I'd like to think I'd become a leader of sorts. Not a good leader mind you, in a world without laws the rules of nature and survival of the strong comes back into play, and with no police or laws, I'd be ruthless as hell.

In the end that's all it would come down to anyway. Tribes would form out of those prepared to do anything to survive. The peaceful, the scavengers, those who try and keep to themselves...they would either need to join in or get pushed to the wayside.

Ideally, any group would need a mixture of the 4 in order to thrive. Pure raiders will eventually get picked apart one at a time, pure scavengers or those trying to build a peaceful community would get killed by the raiders.

Now if some sort of alliance could be made...sorry I'm getting lost in my end of the world fantasy again. I'd probably be either 2 or 1, but a good kind who's willing to work with the more peaceful sorts in order to live, I just wouldn't hesitate to kill others.

Probably #4. But not the loner type of Scavenger who scavenges for his own stuff. No, I'd be picking through the ruins for another reason. Profit. With 95% of humanity gone there's gonna be a lot of unattended stuff that someone's gonna want. I'm the guy who goes out and gets it. Course I'd also do other jobs, like an unskilled handyman or merc or scout or prostitute (not that I'd expect much customers...) so long as I can get something useful out of it. And I wouldn't really care who I sell to. Neutrality is the way to go, especially because you're useful to everyone.

So then what are you looking for? I found this really interesting trinket out in some ruins. If you got the money, it can be all yours...

5. The Reclaimer

My circle of friends consists almost entirely of other engineers, computer scientists, chemists and such anyway. So I would try and hook up with them, make good use of the hundreds of wind turbines in our home area and try and get a nice, techy enclave set up in the water treatment plant that is situated in the woods half a mile from my home.
We would probably need to hire a few guys who can go out into the world and get us what we need.
Any of you scavenger guys looking for a job ?

Edit: Come to think of it, we would also need a couple of group 2 vigilantes, to keep the scavengers, the mutated wildlife and the ocassional doomsday cultists in check.
You know what, just send in your c.v., we´ll be sure to call you back.

P.S.: Bringing your own weaponry is not required,
there is a large military base some 10 miles from here, where we can get you set up with some assault rifles.
