I'd would get in the car from back to the future, run them over at 87 miles per hour, then reach 88 and go back 10 seconds, turn the car around with a sweet 180 turn and run them over again (although not really again as that wouldhave been the first time).

I would stab them in the stomach with my hand, pull out their intestines, strangle them with said intestines so hard they are beheaded.

How about a weapon that when it strikes a living creature, all the connections between its brain and its muscles are reversed. That way, when the brain tells a muscle to contract, for example, it expands instead. The effect would be fairly quick but would take over the body gradually starting from the extremities inward. That way, the creature flails about uncontrollably until the effect reaches their heart when then starts pumping backwards. Also their lungs would work backwards and they'd breathe out when they needed to breathe in. That would suck all the oxygen carrying blood back out of where its supposed to go. The creature would then suffocate and die even though it wasn't being smothered by anything.

I would grab their head between my hands, stare into their eyes all crazy-like, and then suddenly bash my head against theirs over and over and over until I either bash their head into their chest cavity or until their head is a lovely piece of mush.

I would take out a ball-point pen (click type)and then as I clicked it the lights would go out, followed by screams of pain. One more click of the pen would turn the lights back on at which point I would wipe the blood of the pen as I remove it from their skull (I have the nickname "The Ball-point Ninja" with some of my friends for a reason.
