On topic: I would have to use my Kukri since guns are hard to come by in the UK. Though there is a Police Station and Army Barracks about ten minutes walk from my house. Getting in might be tricky.
A shotgun ideally, but I'm not sure where I'm gonna find one in Manchester. Plenty of handguns, not so many shotguns

I have an all American stainless steel, hand forged, 32 inch hand and a half hilt Longsword in the closet that I keep for just such occasions.
It will never run out of bullets, has taken apart metal filing cabinet and it is the sword that I trained and taught with, so it is as much apart of me as my hand.

Just a regular handgun should do. Zombies aren't half the thread in my eyes that most people think they are.
