Exterminate 80% of the world's population. Perhaps more. We're one of the most intentionally overpopulated species on this planet, and I think that needs to be remedied. It's a terrible evil, sure, but in the end a lesser one for the hopes of a greater good.
Walk into UN/G8 meeting and force leaders to make up their minds. I suppose that with "no consequences" bonus i won't get jailed for breaking in and ordering world leaders around.
Or erect a monument to Ratchet and Clank in Washington D.C./Red Square.

You see, it's not the legal or physical consequences that stop me from pillaging, rioting, smoking pot, looting, stealing, raping, wreaking havoc etc. I do not base my action or inaction on legal consequences, but on what I perceive to be morally right and wrong.

I'd take some cars, a nice house in a good location, and a lot of money from some major corporations. Or maybe I'd be boring and nice and only do the last thing to buy the first two, among other things.

I agree with gun guy. If there are "no consequences" for everybody then it's just a free-for-all, and the strongest still win. I don't see how you can have the other thing. Is everybody on earth defenseless except for you, is the world empty, are you invisible? It's just not workable without some more details.
Every answer on this thread is just going to be "steal stuff." Nobody's going to admit to wanting to kill or rape or hurt someone else whether he wants to or not. The only interesting thing is how low some of the posters so far are aiming. A Kawasaki Ninja? I know a guy who worked minimum wage one summer and saved up enough for one of those.

That's the thing: I like humanity. We've done some amazing things, and with the right guidance we can do so much more. There's just getting to be too many of us to support, and we don't really seem to care. If we made the population small enough to fit in a minor country, then we'd have enough people to progress while still cutting down on our drain of the world around us. In reality, I woud grow a lot of pot. Smoke it, sell it, make a living with it. Get a highschool chick as a girlfriend, though I'd make sure she's 16. Have remote-control cars packed with guns and rocket launchers, that would battle other cars. Actually I plan in doing this anyway.
