I have several ideas:

#1: Replace my missing left hand by grafting my right hand to the stump and replacing THAT with a claw-hand like you mentioned. I know... totally redundant

#2: Replace with an arm cannon, like Samus. Having a gun for an arm can be pretty useful

#3: Some sort of sex toy

#4: Ghost hand

#5: a foot

That is one of many reasons. I can also now walk on my hands... sorta. I can also play piano with one foot... sorta... and... Um... I guess, really... only the kicking thing makes sense. Haha. XD
