As a follow up to my "What's for breakfast" thread, here's another thread asking what you're eating. (I know it's early/ late for some people, but I'm going off VA time, which is about 6:22 right now).

I'm making a frozen pizza to eat with my dad. It's pepperoni.

I had 2 pillsbury mini-pizzas.

For those who don't know what they are...

Sorry.
I couldn't find a smaller image.

I had 2 halves of a small baguette topped with tuna, mayonnaise, cheese and sweetcorn. Shoved under the grill for a while and it is awesome.

Are you making this? If so, very impressive and I'm a little jealous.

OT: Good fucking question!!! I'm thinking about making stroganoff but I'm too lazy to go to the store and get egg noodles.

Probably meat pies, mashed potatoes, carrots or peas, and chocolate milk.

I say probably because who knows what the future will bring.

I can make it (well, not the keema naan) but korma is really easy to make, but I tend to put paprika in mine. It works really well! And peppers. I'd put chillies in too, but that wouldn't go down with the person I tend to make it for, who's a wimp when it comes to spicy food :p

But tonight, I did NOT make it, and I'm suffering from it. It wasn't actually all that inspiring for the price tag.

As for the cheesecake, I've never tried my hand at it, but I'm generally pretty good at cooking up my own dessert, so I've no doubt I could manage.

I had Beef Stew with dumpling and a chunk of bread :)

Its not elegant, or fine dinning, but MAN it hit the spot!

I'm about to go out for a wrap of some kind from this place on the first floor of one of my uni's residence halls.

The only Indian food I've ever made was a tofu and jasmine rice in a green curried coconut sauce. It was pretty simple and slightly Thai. However, I get really intimidated with the thought of making traditional Indian cuisine. You say it's easy, but honestly, is hard or complex to make? I've always wondered.

As for dessert, cheesecake is very simple to make. I'm sure you'd find it simple if you can make dessert.

Homemade chili in homemade bread bowls. Note that my family is about as Hispanic as Kaiser Wilhelm.
