What's one band you feel Rock Band has seriously neglected? (Besides Led Zeppelin)

Cowboys from Hell was in Guitar Hero
Run To the Hills was in Rockband
I'm pretty sure Killer Queen was in one of them as well.
Run to the Hills and Number of the Beast, of all the popular Iron Maiden songs, are the worst.

Iron Maiden, Remember Tomorrow, Wraithchild, Hallowed be thy Name, The Trooper (In GHII, but drums would be awesome), Fear of the Dark, Dance of Death, The Wickerman, the entire Powerslave Album.

There are so many other songs I would list that are fantastic.

Queen also has a lot of really good songs that are negleted, and I'm waiting for the day Hammer to Fall is put in the game.

Bruce Springsteen! seriously, any song would do.
I know! How the hell is Steven Van Zandt the "director of a music selection committee" and somehow not have thrown in an E-Street Band song?

Iron Maiden - Two Minutes to Midnight, Alexander the Great, Hallowed Be They Name, Dream of Mirrors...actually pretty much their discography, apart from the Di'Anno and Bayley years.
Wasted Years would be friggin' awesome to sing to.

Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young: Almost Cut My Hair, Woodstock and Carry On.

The Doors: Touch Me, The End and Light My Fire.

Jethro Tull: Aqualung, Locomotive Breath and Songs From The Wood.

If you haven't heard them before you should get the greatest hits CD, it's really good.

While I agree with the Bayley years, Iron Maiden(album) and Killers were both good albums with good songs. When They play those songs now(live mostly) with Dickinson on vocals, they sound really, really good.

and the end by the doors, would be a horrible song in Rockband. It is a good song, it would just be a horrible song to play in the game.

A note on Pink Floyd, this is due to their copyright tight-arsery more than anything else.

And I think they could use some Porcupine Tree. Lazarus and Open Car spring to mind, and possibly Blackest Eyes.

Aqualung is featured on Rock Band 2 too

Second on The Doors and Porcupine Tree, although i would happily replace latter with Blackfield (a Sideproject of the PT Singer).

Also, my preferred Doors Song would be "Riders on the Storm"

Could do with more Deep Purple, anything but smoke on the water though, poor song gets played to death. Also I long for the day Otherworld by Nobuo Uematsu appears on it.

I don't think there on rock band or guitar hero, but im sure if i'm worng some one will point it out. Eagles; hotel california, desperado and take it easy would be pretty cool although they may not transfer well to a video game. oh and rock band hasn't "neglected" these bands, the bands themselves just don't want there music on a video game.

Queen and Springsteen have my full endorsement aswell.

If they would want to add a really hard Through Fire and Flames song I would recomend Blind Guardian, power metal that actualy sounds good.

A good Radiohead song, There There or Where I End and You Begin.

Some U2 would be a dream come true, Sunday Bloody Sunday, Bullet The Blue Sky, Lemon, Vertigo.

Johnny Cash: Country Boy

Nick Cave and The Bad Seeds: The Mercy Seat

The White Stripes would be awesome, they could change so that both guitar controllers played the same song, it would totaly be worth it to be able to play Button to Button.

Bob Dylan: Changing of the Guards, Dignity, Hurricane

ABBA: Gimmie Gimmie Gimmie, Waterloo

Alicia Keys: Wreckless Love

Dire Straits: Sultans of Swing, Money for Nothing, Walk of Life

Clapton: Layla, Crossroads, Cocaine

I'd also like to see the entire American Idiot album.

Oh my god, that would have been so awesome!

Perhaps Nirvana: Smells like teen spirit. If someone's waiting for a Nirvana song, that's the one! At least for the people I know plus me.

Understanding that you only get roughly 1 Song Per Band outside of DLC packs...

Dire Straits would be awesome, Money For Nothing is desired.

I'd also like to see a U2 track on there at some point, Vertigo would be a good track for Rock Band but "Sunday Bloody Sunday" would be the desired track (however given U2's attitude to that track, it would NEVER get put on a game).

Some Tom Petty is also highly desired. Last Dance With Mary Jane is the desired track.

I'd like to see some Springsteen on there. Dancer In the Dark or Born to Run would be my main choices.

Being a proud Canadian some Matthew Good would be awesome! "Rico" would be my desired track.

This is a pipe dream but I'd really love to see "Rebellion (Lies)" by The Arcade Fire on there.
