Title says it all.

You're stuck in the worst possible game universe for 24 hours. What would be the worst for you?

For me, Silent Hill. I'd probably die from fear.
Re4 easy. Infected with the Los Plagas? no fucking thank you.

To pick a hole in the Resident Evil/Silent Hill references YOU COULD JUST LEAVE!!!!!

Those games always occur in a very small area, like a town. There is a whole wide world outside of that area! You could just get the hell out, you're not a complete tool like the protagonist of every one of those games who just HAS to stick around.

Seriously though, pretty much any Atari-era game would be worse than death after the first hour.

Dead Space. I'd probably kill myself before i was mauled by one of the freaky monster things. I rather die without deficating everywhere at the same time as well.
Seconded. Favourite universe would be AaaaaAAaaaAAAaaAAAAaAAAAA!!! - A reckless disregard for Gravity... Eternal falling and giving the finger to random bystanders... epic.

I'd love to live in any game universe, so I guess for me this is just the "least favourite of [awesomeness_here] universes" sort of thread. Anyway, in that case it would be the World of Warcraft universe. Fine in general, but as soon as I decide to go raid the Alliance I get some idiot in my horde screaming randomness at the top of his voice and ignoring all my well laid battle plans. Much like the constant experiences I have on Halo multiplayer.

Besides, it's only a matter of time before gaming and technology develops to the point where we can literally live within game universes anyway when playing a game. Natal is just the beginning, you'll see. Our time will come...

The Warhammer 40,000 Universe or The Fallout Universe, either one I don't see myself really surviving longer than a day.

Bioshock. I mean

a) Everyone is trying to kill you.
b) They have spliced themselves to superhumanity.
c) Could you fight a Big Daddy? Exactly.
You still have the VitaChambers so you'd come back 5 feet away from where you died.
so you're [spoilers]related to andrew ryan?[/spoilers]

edit: i have no idea how to do the spoilers box

The world of Fallout. (But you didn't get into a vault.) Either a Ghoul or dead take your pick...

Fallout takes the cake.

If you somehow refrain from getting bombarded (and most likely mutilated) by the bandits, you still need to worry about food and water that isn't 90% toxic.

And let's not forget the roaches are the size of footballs. And I hate roaches.

I'd hate being in the city where The Incredible Hulk: Ultimate Destruction takes place.

All I would be doing is chilling at Cinnabon just to look outside where the Hulk looks really hurt. He limps around, gripping his head in anger. And all of a sudden the last thing you see him raise his fist in the air right before he gives you a free trip to Japan via seismic wave

ET for the Atari 2600.

A world of nothing but pits, poorly designed buildings and secret agents who want to steal your Reece's Pieces. It also has a revolving-door prison system.
