1. 'Dumbed Down' Games - One good example is the latest Tom Clancy games being released for Console, Ghost Recon/Rainbow Six Vegas, for the latter, the game just turned into an arcade shooter, and lost all of the elements that made it a Urban Combat sim (eg. SWAT 4)
2. Fear - fear that the industry will soon let them down with their focus shifted to console games development, there are more people who can afford a console and aren't as dedicated (teh hardcore) as PC Gamers.
3. Custom User Maps/Mods - I love mods. Alien Swarm, Counterstrike and Knights, Vikings & Pirates, to name a few of them. Built by really talented people, that adds tons of replay value to the game. You don't get these on Consoles, yes, it could be possible in the future we will see them, but, that's one hell of an exclusivity for us PC Gamers. Yet, something that might get lost with the industry shifting attention toward console gaming. (I am still waiting for the map editor for RSV/RSV 2, thanks UBI).
2. Gamepads have been a trademark input device for consoles since the old days, and is less cumbersome than a keyboard/mouse while playing on the couch.
3. PB does a fine job of blocking cheaters to ruin my online gaming experience, and have yet to encounter a patch that made my pc go bonkers.
4. And your last point is invalid, for the simple reason than the PC do way more than a gaming console.
Yes, the PC is superior to the Console, simply because it can do more than gaming. But, it's not really being exploited to it's full potential. Games or rather, jewels like Crysis are rare.

1. DMC 4, PES 6/7, just to name a few games which are more gamepad-friendly.Loderian post=18.74329.830007 said:I think PC tards are a bit over confident in some cases.
If PC's are so superior, why are there a constant stream of PS2 and xbox style USB controllers being made for PC, to replace keyboard and mouse?
Why do no consoles bother with a keyboard and mouse peripheral if its so superior? PS2 had a keyboard usable for FFXI Online for PS2, and even had a gameshark input keyboard and what not. They can do it, but dont...why not PC tards?
My console may not be as graphically superior as the latest PC that cost almost $1000 more than my next gen console, but it also doesnt become insufficient after 6 months or after a few crap-tastic driver patches from Microsoft, or a constant stream of viruses and auto-aim bots that PC gamers love.
Also, is your PC monitor a 72" wide screen and support gold plated HDMI cables and display in 1080pi with surround sound? NO
