5)All crimes against others will result in either a trip to the Arena of Battle, the Casino, Jail, or the chopping block.
6)All executions will be done publicly in the manner the slighted offendant wishes
7)If thou murders, burns, rapes, or in any other way does something absolutley abhorrent they will be taken to the chopping block
8)The government will consist of one elected official, The Man, balanced by a panel of (how ever many countries there are) elected officials, each hailing from a different country and elected there by due process
9)Campaigns (of the electoral kind) will be limited to a three week span during the first three weeks of October
10)The Man will only rule for 4 years
11)Each erpresentative of the electoral body will serve for 4 years
12)the elections of the Man and the Electoral body will be staggered by 2 years
13)The country that wages war on another will have every single member of its local government that supports the war tossed into the Arena of Battle, where they will face the Worlds Champions
14)The Worlds Champions will be the most adept fighting force in the world handpicked from around the world
15)All fights in the Arena of battle will be 1 on 1
16)Thou can have sex with who ever you want
17)Marrage is abolished and communes are set up for the raising of children
18)Long ass lists will be burned if they are too presumtuious (I can't spell)
