my all time fav would have to be Red vs. Blue by the guys at RoosterTeeth. close second is unskipable, close third is zero puncuation(sorry ben), then coming in fourth sorry to say is a good ole classic internet phenomenon Strongbad!!!!

YGOTAS takes the cake with the runner up being Dragon Ball Abridged. They're that good. Also not sure if it counts but barelypolitical's Key Of Awesome is awesome.
