I misread your post entirely and thought you said that the main menu was the only good attribute of the game. However I have to agree with you. It's simple and got some awesome background music (violin is probably my favourite instrument).Scarim Coral said:One of my favourite is The Last Story (only one of the few things good about that game)-
The music is relaxing and the menu is minimalist in a good way, it kind of like watching some design presentation. Since that video doesn't show the rest of the menu, when you hit A is show a scene from the chapter you're on (or what you will be seeing when you start playing it for the first time) and hitting A again (load game, new game and etc) will move the camera forward to a new perspective of that scene.
That is also my favorite screen.. I think it's the combination of the music and the general use of color.solemnwar said:I kind of like Dragon Age: Origin's main menu. IDK why.

There's just something about it I like.
The first time popping the disk in was such a weird moment but after a while this song puts a big grin into my face every time i start it up. They skipped the J rock in Dark Arisen and damn now i miss it.The Wykydtron said:Oh wait...
OT: Thinking about it, I have to mention Dragon's Dogma. I stand by the fact that having such weird J-Rock as the very first thing you hear was the very best possible intro they could have had. Especially considering the circumstances leading up to its release.
