Being stuck in a lecture thats really important and i need to understand when their are people talking right behind me so i cant here what the lecuturer is saying.

Although i imagine being constantly on fire would be worse than everything that anyones said so far. Mental toment is one thing but to be burning forever would be horrific. Assuming you dont get used to the pain or run out of nerves to be burnt.
physical pain you can get used to. with mental pain you can't.
Says who? If we couldn't cope with our mental pain, how would all of the traumatized members of society keep functioning?

I don't believe in the afterlife, but I've seen Auschwitz and believe me, hell existed. I know it even though I still can't even imagine how it must have been like.

Sorry for the seriousness.
Worry not, friend, for teh intraweb is serious business.

To the topic. Watching everyone I care for die. Forever.

Quite descriptive so far gentlemen (I'm assuming there are no ladies judging by the quality and context of the hell's in question). Personally, seeing certain people die over and over again - each time trying to save them, each time "succeeding" a different way only to have them die again.
dead rising?
Never played it.

I was more thinking my baby sister and/or my best friend rather than zombies. Like "time looping" or something like that.

A circular, perfectly white room, with nothing in it except me and Miley Cyrus' new album playing on repeat for all eternity.
Mine's like that, except it's High School Musical playing over and over again.

Although, I've just enrolled in my English classes at uni. I've got a one hour long lecture, tutorial A goes for 2 hours and tutorial B goes for an hour. I can't handle two hours of English... I couldn't handle one hour of English in High School...

Who wants to come with me to my personal hell?

Watching everyone I care deeply about be brutally murdered over and over agian, forgetting about it each time it happened, thus renewing the horror each time.

... That would probably be really good in a book. Hmm, I just might get a round to writing that.

Edit: Damn you Lews Therin!!

I am chained to a wall just enough so that I can get within three inches of a PC with Fallout 3. Much worse than what happened to Tantalus.

Being stuck in my Tuesday Geography lecture with the Methodist Professor, while she goes off on a tangent about atheist while staring at my wife and I (Both Atheist) and not being able to say anything on our defense.
Well if you're an atheist then you don't have a hell to go to(sarcasm).

On topic, hell would be watching your loved ones die. And it would probable be Miley Cyrus killing them.

Aheh... Reminds me of a bit from Red Dwarf:

HOLLY: Jean Paul Sartre said hell was being locked forever in a room with your friends.
LISTER: Holly, all his mates were French.

French-bashing aside, I any parent's personal Hell is watching their child(ren) in undying agony, or watching them die, horribly, over and over again.

I don't know if it's because i'm a nervous person but, I'm paranoid of toasters. I'm never quite sure when it's going to pop up and every time it goes off I do a small jump.

I guess a white room with toasters going off every now and then at random intervals.

Not only that; with mental pain, you don't want to get used to it, because that would mean you stopped caring about your loved ones and/or became less human.

Anyway, I'd spend my entire existence in one of 2 sensory deprevation tanks; either one that's so dark I can't see a thing or one that's...well, has anyone here played KotOR? Remember that mission for the Hutt on Tatooine, where you have to deliver a box, and if you open it, there's a huge, plain white area with an insane Rakata who'd been imprisoned there? Kind of like his existence, minus those stone structures; an eternity alone in a bright, white, infinitely big space.

A mall full of 13 year-olds. I am strapped to a chair in the food court. Easy rock is on the radio and turned to full volume. There is a kid chewing really loudly in one ear occasionally pausing to yell inane shit into his cell phone. On the other side there is every girl I have ver liked repeatedly telling me: "Dragons don't exist"

Being at an endless church sermon while being forced to watch twilight while having a man with spiked hands stick a pointy tube down my penis then pumping hot sauce down it all while jacking me off.
That...was quite descriptive.

try for yourself before you say anything. if you had ever felt madness then you wouldn't be saying that. just walk away.

QFT, I had nightmares for a month after I saw that place.

Personally, the very idea of 'immortality' is hell for me. No matter what you do, no matter how long you do something for, it's no time at all compared to how much longer you have to be there. If there's no time frame, if it never ends, then everything just becomes meaningless.

I'm tied in a cloth bag that constricts my limbs, but doesn't gag me. I can see light through it, I can hear people walking by. I scream, everyone hears, no one lets me out.
