Is there a 'internet fame level guide' to measure off against?

I'm guessing level 1 on a scale between 0-100. Youtube frolics, nothing more.

Probably close to anonymous.

Although I have made a fanfic that got a few hundred views, had a couple of Youtube vids that got a couple thousand views, and I was even recognized on XBOX LIVE for getting onto a Halo 3 vid showing people's best killstreaks.

So okay, maybe I'm not completely anonymous. But I'm light years away from even being half as famous (or perhaps infamous if you feel that way) as someone like Fred.

EDIT: Okay, maybe I am anonymous. Seeing as how I have a different alias on XBOX LIVE and the site I wrote my fanfic on from this site and Youtube.

I'm the Head GM of a game server that normally has about 300-500 members on at once.
I'm moderator of a forum. (Around 15 people are on that now, most was 79)
I got 4k hits on a youtube video I made once.

That's about it...

I'd probably be more famous if all my accounts would stop getting banned by uptight moderators on every site I visit.
Perhaps stick to the rules then? ^^

Completely Unknown.
Go ahead, try and remember me. You can't, because I haven't done jack squat (on the internet).
Youtube Videos? None worth speaking of (Just some crappy TF2 replays that I'm just too lazy to take down).
Forums? Only one I frequent is this one, and nobody here knows me.
Anything else you might be able to think of? I can guarantee you I've done nothing note-worthy in that field either.

I'm the exact opposite of Internet Famous. And I'm perfectly fine with that.

I haven't heard of a single person in this thread... I think we're mixing "fame" with "popularity in a very particular place."

I was a moderator on a crappy Fallout site once upon a time.

And I had a lot of friends on facebook. Over a thousand. Then I chopped them down until I only had fifty left. Felt good.

Some of my friends don't even know about some online-personas of mine. However, I believe I might be anonymously famous because people love taking pictures of themselves with me (I have an afro). But, I prefer to keep a rather low profile online.

-4.

Someone once said "this" in response to a post I made about how much I hate the Kingdom Hearts Fandom.

...

I just want to be loved.

I get about 10 downloads of a program I wrote every week, which isn't so bad considering it's still in the alpha stage. Asides from that, pretty much anonymous.
What program is it?

I was a runner up in last year's Blizzard Creative Writing contest. It garnered me exactly ONE fan, who I disappointed by not re-entering this year. I feel bad about that. Only one fan and I let him down. I think maybe I'll jut lie and tell him I entered but didn't win.

Hmm... and then if he asks to read my story anyway, I will pretend I don't speak English.

Brilliant!

I keep my friend lists purposefully small and I try not to whore myself out online, so my profiles and blog get no views.

I guess on a scale of one to ten, I'd put myself at a two. My name WAS attached to a contest with over 3000 entrants, but I think we were the only ones who cared or noticed.

OH I forgot... if you do a Google image search for "Team Fortress 2 Sniper" my spray shows up on page 3! It has three times as many views as my entire profile haha. Oh well. Sometimes you just have a good idea. I'm still not going higher than two, though.

And I think that's about it...

I used to do sprite-work in my spare time, and all my work has an accumulated total of over 10,000 downloads. On top of that, the style I worked on was adopted by a sizeable portion of the website I uploaded them too. That's about it though.
