Heights. As a kid i used to be scared of climbing stairs that had bandlebars with an open area to the bottom floor.

Anything with a stinger that flies. If there's a wasp on my front door I won't be able to open it until it flies away q.q

I'm dreadfully scared of being wrapped in plastic wrap. i know it doesn't make sense but a dream i had when i was younger had be wrapped in plastic wrap and the pictures on my walls were screaming at me and i couldn't breath. no matter how much i try i can't rip the plastic wrap off. and it was terrible, now i'm scared shitless of having plastic wrap on me...or being laughed at by paintings for that matter.

And the obvious one, the one that no one can think about to often or it will drive you crazy. death. i fear death, because it's impossible to stop. and that freaks me out. Also it may just be not having control over something in my life. i'm not a control freak, but i enjoy controlling or having some say in the things that directly affect my life.

Dismemberment. I can't imagine wanting to live if I wake up one day with parts of my body missing. *shivers*

Getting lost. I can't navigate to save my life.

If I wanted to combine them, I'd say getting lost on a city highway at night with a woman going into labor in my backseat. While raining, for good measure.

Zombies. Not sure what it is about them but I used to be terrified of zombies. I've lost nights of sleep laying awake, afraid that the undead might rise and get me and for years I'd peek through my curtains before bed once I'd turned the lights off just to make sure there weren't any out there.
They bother me less now. I've played L4D2 and a limited amount of the original - zombies seem less frightening when you have a red guitar which goes twang when you hit them in the face but I still generally avoid zombie-related things. I've not watched a zombie film in years and, even armed with my own table leg, I'm not sure I'm entirely over it.

Manta Rays, the Dark and Death. But that last one doesn't affect me too much, I just think it'd be weird not to be afraid of death.
Why be afraid of it though? It is going to happen one day whether you're afraid of it or not.

My phobia is telling people about my phobia

Wasps scare the crap out of me but I think that goes back to when I was a kid and got stung on the lip, now that was a fun day.

And not sure if it counts but being paralysed, either for biological reasons or being restrained, its why I don't do well with those over the shoulder roller coaster harnesses.

Actualy im curiouus if its just me... has anyone ever had that thing where your waking up from sleep but you cant move or talk or do anything for a while, like your mind is awake but the rest of your body hasnt caught up yet? sleep paralysis I've heard it called before, yeah that freaks the hell out of me, even more so for a guy who is petrified of paralysis

I wouldn't know what it's called, but I sometimes get a fear that someone I know can read my mind. Makes me act paranoid.

Honestly, I don't really have many phobias. I'm not really scared of much. I chalk it up to denial and an irrational belief in my own invincibility.

If I had to pick something, I guess it would be having my hand crippled or amputated. I can't imagine living without them. Or, more accurately, I can and the thought of it sucks. And the worst part is, it becomes super hard to properly kill yourself without hands, so even if you were suicidal you couldn't do anything about it.

Oh, and I can't stand gross toenails and feet. I work in a hospital so I have to touch them and work with them all the time. Always sucks.

I have Omphalophobia, or for those who have an aversion to Google, the fear of belly buttons.
I can look at them and that just puts me a little bit on edge, but if someone touches his or her belly button, I get really uncomfortable.
What really makes me flip my shit is touching mine. Especially if somebody else touches mine, in which case I will start flailing a fist in the offender's direction.
And then I get stick to my stomach.

Blindness.

No more video games, no more movies, or tv shows, or anime, or reading, or pretty girls, or poker, or comic books, or porn, or sunsets.

All of it would be gone. Or at the very least, hidden away.

Syringes. I can calmly tell a doctor that a syringe scares me, and that though I will try to control myself, I will freak out. They never believe me, because I can talk about the irrational fear so rationally. As soon as the syringe comes out, I start crying, shaking, and freaking out.

Also, people standing behind me. If someone walks up and just stands behind me, I usually react violently. When someone actually moves to stay behind me when I turn, I get flight-or-fight responses, strong. That isn't so much a phobia as an echo of childhood trauma though.

Frogs and toads... They scare the ever living shit out of me and I have no idea why...

Worst experience was when I had to get back into my apartment complex and there was one sitting right in front of the door to my building. The little bastard wasn't moving so I had to step over it to get inside. I ran up the stairs as fast as I could once I was inside.

Anything to do with my nails, fingers or toes, and I'm a complete wuss.

Every since I saw my dad accidentally rip a thumbnail off in an accident when I was a kid I haven't let anybody touch my nails.

Recently I was involved in an accident playing football which saw me damage both my large toenails and have to have them pulled, I did it myself as I couldn't stand going to the doctors and letting somebody else do it. I felt sick for about an hour afterwards.

Apart from that I'm tough and manly in every way imaginable and not scared of anything, at all.
