I use "zeg maar" a lot (in Dutch). Sometimes twice in a single sentence. Usually I don't even notice it, but when I pay attention to it I feel like a retard because I really say it
constantly.
Not entirely sure how I'd accurately translate its meaning in English...
Wiktionary translates it as
Idiom
zeg maar
let's say
like (as particle)
in other words

I was about to beg the Dutch people on this thread to try and translate it into English because my curosity was killing me. Then i remebered Google.
On topic,I use these words and expressions far to often
"well...."
"alright" (You can tell i'm from Northern England)
"K, Cool" (Thats how you know i'm a regular internet user)
"sound" (This tells you i'm from near Liverpool)
"that sucks"
"Soundige" (This tells you that i'm crazy)
"I don't mind" (This pretty much sums up my personality)
"cool" (Then again, don't we all?)
I also used to say "ja" fairly frequently, it was quicker than saying "yeah".
