Where do you want the next Fallout game to be set?

Perth city, Australia.

It would be really nice if the gaming industry, or any worldwide industry for that matter, would acknowledge my home city one in a while. Or let me explore the derelict ruins of it.

London would be quite interesting. Being able to explore Buckingham Palace and dressing up as one of the Queen's guards. Being able to dress up as a Beefeater outside the Tower of London would be awesome.

But it would be full of chav gouls.

China, because I like to know what the hell happened to the other guys after the Great War, or somewhere in Europe, because there might be a chance it wasn't nuked shitless by either asshole commies or asshole non-commies. Or maybe on an archipelago like the Philippines, because post apocalyptic island hopping may be fun.

Australia mate ;) Nah just kidding, that would be pretty boring. Although Melbourne and Sydney might not be too bad. Anywho, I would like the next one to be in LA. I always wanted to go to LA.
its gone. LA is a HUGE pit left by a nuke. its now called the boneyard and was already done in fallout 1. bethesda does east coast only, never west coast.

EDIT: at least that's what it looks like on the map. black on black makes it very hard to see what is left, and what is scorched. especially from an aerial view.
So THAT was the boneyard. I was there once, and then had no idea if I was supposed to somehow rope down it or not :p
rope down it? you mean the glow? that isn't the bone yard. i cant tell you what it is, but ill give you a hint: they invented and experimented with FEV and power armor. the bone yard is a big pit, but the only intact parts are the cathedral and the suburbs which STILL have inner city architecture of black steel with mohawk screaming heads in place of gargoyles.
Hmm, I just remember a GIANT hole somewhere :p It took up one screen.

colorado how sick would it be climbing up mountains and stuff trying to kill the tribals at the mountain top
Contrary to popular belief, Colorado isn't all mountains and snow. Denver (and most other major cities) are along the eastern plains.

However, it would be cool doing something around Cheyenne Mountain and the surrounding area, especially Colorado Springs. Get some Focus on the Family mutants running around...now that's scary as hell.[/quote/]

i know it isnt all mountains but that is where the game would be centered

London, a torn up Big Ben and the Eye of London being used as a raider lookout would be awesome.

It would never happen in San Francisco because that place got butt raped in the Fallout universe.

How about Seattle? Fuck... I love Seattle, we would see the Black Hole Sun sculpture, and the Space Needle, and so many references to the Grunge movement!
Perhaps have a goul nammed Vedder? :p
You, kind sir, win this game.

Would it be cheap to say "Anywhere Obsidian can't get hold of it?"

If so, then London. That would make a great ruined city, with plenty of decent landmarks, an underground system and variety.

If we're restricting ourselves to the US, then I'd like to see New York, as others have said.

If the entire world is supposed to gone as well, somewhere outside the US. I'd like to know.
Personally, being a Brit, I'd like to see one set in the UK. If not a full game at least an
expansion. China would be another possibility.

Anyone else sick of the US? I want to see what the rest of the damn world's Nuclear Wasteland looks like... Show me China, apparently the Commonwealth is still alive, let's go see it firsthand.
