Where the Hell did This Come From?

I have black hair (My dad insists that it's brown because it's "very unlikely that a caucasion would have black hair. WTF?) And I have a golden ring around the center of my eyes, while colour of the rest changes colour between blue and green often...

Also, I'm insanely skinny, but I think that's because I inherited the super high metabolism that both my parents had...

I've been aware of that disease for a while and no, I don't have any organ failures. I'd probably be dead by now, especially since I've had this ring for a good few years now.

Unless these organ failures are somehow connected with my insanely high metabolism which keeps me oh-so skinny... in which case, best. Disease. Ever!

I'm pretty unorganized and don't care about keeping everything tidy while my parents are strict neat-freaks.

Genetically? I can't think of much except for one thing, and the only reason I'm bringing this up is because it has to do with the topic.
My mom, sister, aunts, etc. are all flat as a board, while I'm certainly not. No one can figure that one out in my family, and it's constantly joked about. -_-

Right now, I'm taller than mostly anyone related to me, I used to have blond, curly hair, but after a haircut it changed to brown and straight. Also, my eyes change from light blue to greenish.

Uh, I'm taller than my mom. Don't know about my dad, since I haven't seen him in 5 years. But I think I'm as tall as him. Other than that, I got nothing.

Oh, my hair is brown while theirs were black. Not a big difference, but noticeable nonetheless.

I was born with red hair, however it's now brown with a tinge of bronze at some points.
Thought I might have been adopted but thanks to the magic which is a Punnet's square, I now know I always had a 1 in 4 chance.

Even if you have a dominant trait (brown hair) and one of your parents had the recessive trait (blonde hair) you still have both traits and there's a chance that any offspring of yours may have that trait if your partner has both the dominant and recessive traits. One trait that I do not have that my dad has is that my hair isn't going blackish like his.

I have very very blond hair almost white and my dad is something like 3/4 American Indian and has black hair and my mom has light brown hair and the last 3 generations in both lines haven't had anything close to blond.
